After being saved from the raptor paddock, Darius and Kenji are forced to shovel dinosaur dung while the rest of the campers get an exclusive opportunity to visit Doctor Henry Wu’s lab. However unbeknownst to everyone else Kenji and Darius decide to go see the parks highly aggressive Carnotaurus (Toro).
- Answer Cut: After hearing that they won't be getting thrown out of the camp, Darius asks Roxie and Dave what they'll be doing tomorrow. Cut to Darius and Kenji staring at a BIG pile of dino dung the next morning.
- Appeal to Flattery: Dr. Wu initially refuses to give Brooklynn an interview. She changes his mind by claiming more people will know of his work if he agrees to it.
- Attention Whore: Brooklynn is slowly losing subscribers while she's on Isla Nublar, and reacts by sneaking into Dr. Wu's private lab and looking for classified information so she can post it to her vlog. It gets all the campers thrown out of the lab when she's caught.
- Bathroom Search Excuse: Brooklynn and Sammy use this excuse to snoop around restricted parts of the genetics lab.
- The Cavalry: As the Raptor squad approaches Darius and Kenji, Roxie, Dave, and several ACU members show up to rescue them and secure the raptor paddock.
- Distinguishing Mark: Toro gains the distinct scar on her snout when she tries to eat Darius.
- Fun with Acronyms: Dr. Wu claims creating a dinosaur requires "T.I.M.E." - Time, Ingenuity, and "ME".
- Oh, Crap!: Shoveling manure notwithstanding, Darius has a moment when he realizes that the Carnotaurus' fence is curved towards him and Kenji…as in the side the theropod is on. Cue Toro appearing right behind them.
- Taking the Heat: Darius claims Kenji attempted to rescue him, when it was clearly the other way around. Both are punished, but Kenji isn't thrown out of the camp.
- Toilet Humor: Darius and Kenji are forced to shovel dino feces for breaking curfew the next day. Also there’s Kenji's misguided belief that dinosaurs went extinct due to their flatulence poisoning the air.
- Tunnel Network: This episode introduces one that apparently runs underneath most of Jurassic World, allowing workers access to multiple areas. It's how Darius and Kenji get in to see Toro - literally in, as the entrance goes inside his enclosure.
