Summary
The episode begins In Medias Res, with Stunk and Zel cracking up over their gender-bent forms and Crim questioning the sanity of being at The Genderswap Inn.
The boys overhear their regular readers musing on the importance of understanding sex from the female point of view, leading to a decision to visit The Genderswap Inn. Teies hands out their potions, then advises them to take it easy for the first few minutes as Stunk and Zel double over from sensory overload as they get accustomed to their transformations.
Crim doesn't visibly change from chugging the potion, although under the hood his male equipment does vanish. The angel is put off by how cavelier the others are about checking each other's gender-bent forms, and then is mortified when they want to check out him next. At this juncture he's had enough of their antics and wants to leave, but Teies prevents him from doing so. Stunk and Zel sober up and explain that they don't let patrons leave The Genderswap Inn while the potion is still in effect due to previous patrons misusing it to raise mischief and harass people.
As they pick out succu-girls, Stunk and Zel are completely against the idea of either calling in Incu-boys, and have to explain the concept of the male counterparts of succu-girls to Crim, who is a little too interested in the incu-boy catalog.
Stunk calls over Lona the 659-year-old elf to teach him how women enjoy it, while Zel calls in Lymee the slime girl and Kanchal requests for Piltia, who is a halfling like him. Crim ends up picking Elza the hyena lady, much to everyone's shock, but he ends up enjoying his session the most.
Tropes specific to the episode
- Artistic License – Biology: While female hyenas have peni, they are actually psudeopenises. Elza is treated to have a regular one.
- Early-Bird Cameo: On the front cover of one of the catalog shows a grid list of succu-girls who would appear later on in the series, including: Data, some of the Lilim Horde, Tiaplate, Menmen, and Soufou.
- Gender Bender: This brothel has magic potions that turn men into women, down to their genitals, though all it does to Crim is get rid of his penis. They apparently also have potions that turn women into men, but the idea of having sex with women when both genders have gone through that turns the guys off (well, except for Crim, who chose a hyena girl as a partner, with him quite enjoying the chance to experience his female side sexually for once).
- Man, I Feel Like a Woman: Once they get comfortable with the transformation, Zel lifts his shirt and Stunk drops his pants, the two of them checking out their physical changes together. Kanchal is initially more impressed with how his voice sounds in his transformed state.
- Mistaken for Gay: The other reviewers are confused that Crim enjoyed his session with Elza, especially after knowing about the hyena's equipment, but unaware of Crim's actual gender.
