When Jasper's thought-to-be-fake girlfriend Courtney Sham shows up in Swellview, she goes into an angry frenzy when she begins to assume Jasper's in love with Charlotte. Meanwhile, Henry challenges Ray to a bet, and Piper tries to figure out her neighbor's wi-fi password.

- Ax-Crazy: Courtney becomes this to Charlotte, mistakenly thinking Jasper loves her. She attempted to kill her with a ceiling fan and later a chainsaw.
- The Bet: Henry is not keen on cleaning his nacho-coated tube and makes a wager with Ray — Whoever loses the next ping pong match will have to clean the tube, with Ray wearing duck pajamas. Henry remembers a rule is to always stay focused, so Schwoz brings his cousin Larry to distract Ray long enough so Henry wins.
- Faux Affably Evil: Courtney seems sweet at first, but upon thinking Jasper loves Charlotte, she goes berserk to the point of attempting murder.
- Irony: In spite of Piper learning everything about her neighbor to find out the wi-fi password, it turns out to be her first name, which Piper never bothered to learn.
- Oh, Crap!: Charlotte is shocked when she almost gets killed by the falling ceiling fan, and when Courtney ominously says goodnight to her.
- The Password Is Always "Swordfish": The neighbor's new wi-fi password is her first name; ironically, Piper doesn't know her name because she never bothered to learn it.
