The Wrong Smell is the 13th episode in Series 6 of Fireman Sam.
Penny and Helen go out for a hike, but get lost in the fog.

- Face Palm: Once Elvis realizes he needed to spin his finger in a circle to get Radar to roll over, he facepalms. Radar copies this, making Sam and Steele laugh.
- Gender-Separated Ensemble Episode: Penny and Helen are out in the mountains, while Sam, Elvis, and Steele are hanging around the fire station and Mike is fixing the lawnmower. The exception is Mandy, who is mostly out of the picture for the episode.
- Injured Limb Episode: Downplayed; Penny twists her ankle, but is still relatively able to walk.
- Not Me This Time: When Sam and Tom enter the Cut Price Store, thinking Helen is there, Norman's first reaction is "It wasn't me!". It really wasn't, as he had nothing to do with the episode's emergency.
- True Blue Femininity: The scent of Helen's blue blouse is what leads Radar to Penny and Helen.
