From a young age, McKay dealt with intense pressure from his father to make it as football player. After entering college he quickly realized he was not up to the level of the others, and quickly gave up on his dreams. In the present day, he brings Cassie to college for Halloween parties. Cassie initially wears a revealing Alabama Worley costume but McKay is uncomfortable with it and pressures her to change it in favor of a simple football jersey disappointing Cassie.
At home, Kat talks with her cash slave and explains that her disappointing encounter with Luke Kastan, the supposed "sex god" made her realize that men are pathetic.
The following day, the group goes to a party at Daniel’s house. Rue is dressed as Marlene Dietrich, Jules as Juliet and Kat as a killer nun. They make fun of Lexi’s realistic but unattractive Bob Ross costume. Meanwhile Cassie wears her Alabama Worley costume. Both Jules and Kat plan to drink a lot that night, which disturbs Rue who feels there is something wrong with Jules.
The same night Nate and his family try to go to the restaurant but are rejected by the restaurant manager due to Nate’s charges. While excluded from school Nate still meets with Maddy and checks on Jules.
At the party, Rue spots Troy McKay with her sister and takes him part, threatening to have her "friends" from rehab go after him if anything happens to Gia, and orders him to compliment his sister which he promptly does.
A flashback reveals that the previous night, McKay’s fraternity entered in his room while he was about to have sex with Cassie, and then bullied him for initiation leaving him in shock. After crying in the bathroom, he comes out pretending to be fine and the two have unpleasant sex. In the present Cassie tries to talk to him about that but he rebuffed her throwing her into Daniel’s arms. The two flirt, dance and kiss in his room. McKay arrives at the party and tries to find Cassie, but Lexi manages to catch him at the last minute and tells him Cassie went home. In the room, Cassie ends up filling guilty and rejects Daniel. He then insults her saying to her that men are only interested in her for her looks. She then goes home crying and has a realization while seeing her sanitary towels.
Ethan comes to see Kat and tries to talk about why she left him at the carnival. Kat shoots him down telling him that there are no chances for her to be his girlfriend. Later, emboldened by alcohol, Ethan takes her by the hand and kisses her in the bathroom. While they kiss Kat finds out he is a virgin and makes fun of him. Ethan eventually ignores her and performs oral sex on her making her climax. However he has a premature ejaculation making him leave for the toilet embarrassed. Kat leaves the room and finds Daniel and hooks up with him.
Rue becomes more and more disturbed by seing Jules being drunk. She saves her when Jules falls in the pool. Rue then has a panic attack about being a burden for Jules. It is then revealed that Jules has been blackmailed by Nate to testify against Tyler.
Meanwhile, Nate also threatens Tyler and both he and Jules testify before the police. The episode ends with Nate and Maddy entering the party while the crowd cheers them and Jules, Rue and Lexi watch, distigusted, from afar.
