Easter is as exciting as ever when Dora and Boots combine efforts to help rescue the Hip-Hop-Bunny's basket of eggs after Swiper swiped them.
Tropes:
- 2D Visuals, 3D Effects: Starting this episode, the series now uses 3D effects.
- Art Evolution: As of this episode, the show is now officially in HD. The overall look of the program has improved with more vibrant colors, better animation quality overall and eventually episodes presented in widescreen HD with CGI elements. The Map and Backpack segments are also now rendered in CGI.
- Continuity Nod: This is the fourth episode and the first episode since Season 4 where Swiper swipes something near the very beginning.
- Easter Bunny: The characters meet the "Hip-Hop Bunny," who actually wants to be a rapper, but is filling in for his older brother, the Easter Bunny.
- Easter Episode: The second one in the series following "Egg Hunt".
- Early-Installment Weirdness: This is the only episode of Season 7 to use the Seasons 3-6 instrumental theme in the closing credits.
- Evolving Credits:
- The theme song is once again redone with the lyrics being changed and now using CGI.
- The end credits are also changed once again to make the clouds show clips from Season 7.
- Karma Houdini: Swiper successfully swipes the Hip-Hop Bunny's basket and disappears for the rest of the episode with no consequences for his actions.
- Later-Installment Weirdness:
- Starting this episode, whenever Map demonstrates the instructions, the screen shows a close up of the demonstrations.
- The click/beep mouse arrow is nearly gone completely since the Art Evolution; the highlighted objects now simply glow with a musical chime. The only times the arrow does appear is during the Backpack segments and when it clicks on Dora before the final scene.
- Rhymes on a Dime: The Hip-Hop Bunny speaks in rhyme.
- Special Edition Title: This is the first episode to uses the Season 7-8 specials intro.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Swiper swipes the Hip-Hop-Bunny's basket of eggs.
