When a mighty wind carries away Boots on his biggest kite, Dora and her cousin Diego need help from you and some animal friends on a high-speed, around-the-world adventure!


Tropes:

  • Beary Friendly: The polar bear is friendly.
  • Distressed Dude: Boots needs to be rescued after a mighty wind carries him away on his biggest kite.
  • Foreshadowing: When the polar bear climbs up to Boots, he does not look at all ferocious, as he has a neutral expression on his face and looks concerned. As it turns out, he was trying to help Boots get his kite down.
  • Good All Along: After Boots is rescued, the polar bear tells Boots that he is friendly and the reason he was climbing up to him was because he wanted to help him get his kite down.
  • Gratuitous Spanish: Diego unties the knots while counting in Spanish.
  • Shark Fin of Doom: The sharks are sticking their fins out of the water when approaching the whale.
  • Stock Audio Clip: When Dora is inviting the viewer to help her and Diego sing with the Singing Gorillas, her line "Sing with us!" was recycled from "El Coqui".
  • Talking Is a Free Action: It takes about twenty seconds for Baby Gorilla to fall barely any meters in the time Dora and Diego ask the viewer to help catch him.
  • Threatening Shark: There are sharks that are coming for the whale.
  • Vine Swing: Dora and Diego go through the tress while singing with the gorillas.
