Rossi asks Sydney to identify her husband in the security footage from the time he spoke to Tony. He can tell she recognizes him, but a call from Elias distracts her and Elias gets to tell her that Rossi is a very dangerous man. Next, he shows up at the Seattle Field Office and lets Rossi interview him. Then he takes his family off the grid.
Rossi goes to the Voit home. Elias convinces him to come in by claiming he has a woman suffocating in there. Then he beats Rossi in a fight and locks him up in an underground shipping container.
