The Four Holy Swords approach Voltron with a request: Rescue Kyoshiro Tohdoh.


  • Adaptational Early Appearance:
    • Voltron's BFS makes its debut here instead of in "The Ark of Taujeer", with the team using it to destroy the Avalon.
    • The Glaston Knights make their debut here, trying to stop the Lions from escaping with Tohdoh. Their Knightmares are disabled with ease.
  • Adapted Out:
    • Since Rakshata just joined the Black Knights and the space capable Knightmares aren't ready yet, the Gekkas are excised from this story.
    • Suzaku's own issues regarding having to execute and then fight his sensei, Tohdoh, are rendered moot by both being on the same side at this point in the story.
  • Blinded by Rage: After the various humiliations she suffered over the last few chapters, Cornelia hits her breaking point when not only do the Paladins rescue Tohdoh, they also destroy the Avalon. She subsequently makes a reckless charge on Voltron, only for Kallen to capture her Knightmare in Aka's jaws, after which she get's overpowered and knocked out with ease by Kallen.
  • Humiliation Conga: Cornelia gets an epic one in this chapter.
    • First, Voltron manages to free Tohdoh with laughable ease.
    • Then the Paladins manages to incapacitate everything sent to stop them, including the newly arrived Glaston Knights.
    • Then. the Paladins unlock Voltron's BFS, which they use to destroy the Avalon.
    • Finally, Cornelia herself makes a mad charge at Voltron, only to be captured with ease by Kallen, who knocks her out in two blows.
  • Secret Secret-Keeper: Tohdoh reveals that he figured out that Lelouch is Zero on his own based on how Zero acted.
