With Vulgyre having completed his transformation, he lays waste to Earth intending to destroy the 1000th planet at last. With Max Magma wrecked and only a message from their parents detailing the weakness of Vulgyre, the Fiveman engage in the final battle for Earth.

- But Now I Must Go: With their mission complete, the Fivemen leave Earth to be reunited with their parents.
- Behemoth Battle: The Sibling Robots' battle with Vulgyre, who is much bigger than them. Unfortunately not even Max Magma is able to even harm Vulgyre in the slightest; only the Sidon Flowers weaken Vulgyre enough for Super Five Robot to finally destroy.
- Character Death: Vulgyre, Garoa and Dongoros meet their ends.
- The Reveal:
- Empress Meadow is modeled after the real Meadow, a woman whose soul was held captive by Vulgrye out of obsessive love.
- Vulgrye, whose power is derived from death, is weak against the Sidon Flowers, which renew life.
- Self-Disposing Villain: Garoa, due to his Sanity Slippage and falling into Meadow's coffin, and Dongoros, due to his Death by Materialism end up dying without the Fiveman needing to destroy them personally, as they were still in Vulgrye as he explodes.
- Series Finale: The final episode of the series, concluding the series with the defeat of Zone and the Fiveman finding their parents and subsequently going on a journey across the universe to reunite with them and repopulate planets destroyed by Zone.
- Swallowed Whole: The Fivemen use Magma Max to enter Vulgrye's body.
