Bowser Jr. returns to the castle, causing trouble for the Koopalings after Bowser gets taken to the hospital.
Tropes:
- Butt-Monkey: Bowser gets hurt a lot in this episode.
- First, he drives his car through a container of animal waste, thus blinding him and causing him to drive off a cliff.
- After that, King Boo accidentally spills some hot chocolate onto his face, which is the only part of his body that isn't bandaged.
- When the Doctors are taking Bowser to an ambulance, they get distracted by a new trailer for Pokémon Sun and Moon, leaving Bowser in the middle of the road and causing a car full of bob-ombs to drive into him.
- And to top it all off, at the end of the episode, King Boo spills some more hot chocolate into Bowser's face, causing him to run right into a pool of lava.
- The Caligula: Bowser Jr. really mistreats the other Koopalings. He incinerates Ludwig, forces Lemmy to drink a vial of acid from Iggy's lab and then forces him to lick the resulting vomit off the carpet, gets Wendy to wipe his backside for him, and he even forces Larry, Iggy and Roy to sing the theme song to Total Drama Island and throws hammers at them for not singing it well.

- Tempting Fate: When Bowser Jr. decides to get revenge on the Koopalings for trying to get rid of him, Iggy is confident that the 6 of them will be able to defeat him. Then Bowser Jr. whips out his Koopa Clown Car.
- Trail of Bread Crumbs: The Koopalings try to trap Bowser Jr. in a barrel with a trail of chips. It doesn't work.
