After Kevin is fired for withholding information about Milton and Lisa's relationship, he enlists Eleanor Frutt and Jimmy Berluti to sue for wrongful termination. Steven and Scott are at each other's throats. Lauren discovers Harry previously had a relationship with another teacher.

- Feud Episode: Steven and Scott have a couple of heated arguments for the first half of the episode. They mend fences after their lawyer calls them out for their behavior.
- Hot Teacher: Jenna Miller, with whom Harry had a previous relationship. One of her students ogles her ass and even reaches out to touch it. Jenna uses this to her advantage, telling the student that smart boys get the hot chicks.
- Nerds Are Sexy: Jenna catches a student checking out her ass and inspires him to pay attention to schoolwork by telling him smart boys get the chicks with the hot asses.
- Put on a Bus: Kevin and Milton leave the show in this episode.
- Rage Breaking Point: Lauren is pissed with Harry for his past relationship with Jenna. She finally lets him have it, telling him she's really upset with his lack of emotional display.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Kevin rails against Steven after he delivers a closing argument denouncing him as untrustworthy.
- Sparing Them the Dirty Work: Scott claims he fired Kevin to spare Steven the uncomfortable task of dismissing one of his personal friends. He then all but states his belief that Steven is too soft on teachers who happen to be his friends, leaving him to do his dirty work.
