In the gym, Dick Grayson/Robin I/Nightwing teases Jason and Damian who take it personally and they all compete against each other with Tim joining in against Cass’s warning. At dinner all of the boys arms are sore and they are exhausted, to Cass’s amusement.
Tropes
- Childish Older Sibling: Dick is notably less serious than his younger siblings, coming across as friendly and joyful.
- Faceplanting into Food: By the end, the boys can't move their arms due to the intense work out. While Tim tries eating with his feet, Jason tries to simply put his face on the plate to eat like a dog. He's so tired, though, that this is the inevitable result.
- Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: In this episode Dick, Jason, Tim and Damian are the Foolish to Cass’s Responsible. The four end up sore at dinner due to horsing around during their training.
- Friendly Rivalry: The boys compete against each other with a healthy desire to one up another.
- Genki Guy: Dick is cheerful, bright and chirpy, playfully teasing his brothers and racing alongside them.
- I Warned You: Cass only has two words for her big brother Jason at dinner after he’s sore from competing with everyone else.Cass: Told you.
- Only Sane Man: Cass, who knows exactly what the boys' competition is leading them to.
- Now It's My Turn: This episode is a back and forth of something of this matter. After Jason shows off that he can do a one arm push up, Tim follows that by performing a one arm push with two fingers.
- Serial Escalation: The competition begins with Jason’s one arm push-up and ends with all the boys supporting their bodies upside down with two fingers.
- Sibling Rivalry: The four brothers end up competing against each other physically but it’s all in good fun.
- Training from Hell: Deconstructed. No matter how much a person trains, putting one's body through an intense workout will leave their muscles very sore and them completely exhausted. Shown when the boys are too tired and sore after their contest to even eat normally.
- Workout Fanservice: Downplayed. The boys (sans Damian) and Cass look great in their workout clothes but the main purpose of this episode is laughs not titillation.
- Women Are Wiser: Only Cass ends up having enough sense to not get caught up in the competition.
