2003 anime

1. "Power Up!": Dr. Ochanomizu brings Astro to life by drawing all of the city's power. But the power surge overloads the Metro City power system, turning the robotic power-controller into a robotic menace.
2. "Rocket Ball": Astro unintentionally invades a Rocket Ball match between the Omegas and the Deltas. Dr. Tenma brainwashes the Omegas to become violent players in the rematch and forces Astro to compete. Astro joins forces with the Deltas to beat the Omegas and remove the glasses that have been controlling them.
3. "Astro Goes to Space" / "Destination Deimos": Astro sneaks into a spaceship Dr. Ochanomizu is in and finds out the reason behind the robots' rebellion in the moon Deimos.
4. "Lightning" / "Into Thin Air": On Astro's first day of school, he and his new friends Kenichi, Tamao and Shibugaki find Lightning, a robot that can become invisible, following them. Tamao invites Lightning to join them and forms a sky-riding team comprising all five of them. Later, Astro learns that Lightning is actually a stolen robot whose thief, Skunk, tricks him into committing robberies, and with the help of others Astro persuades Lightning against stealing.
5. "Save the Robot Farm" / "Rainbow Canyon": The granddaughter of a robot farm owner seeks Astro's help to stop an infiltrator who is misusing the farm's control tower.
6. "Atlas": The chairman of a large conglomerate asks Dr. Tenma to create a robot with the appearance of his deceased son. The robot, Atlas, goes on to attack humans. In the fight against Atlas, Astro learns the truth about his birth.
7. "Astro vs. Atlas": Still reeling from Atlas' duel, Astro decides to find out more about the backstory about his birth. Meanwhile, Atlas has hijacked the conglomerate spaceport and is headed for the Moon.
8. "Robot Super Express" / "Neon Express": Astro races against time to search for a bomb a Mad Bomber planted on board a robotic train.

11. "The Robot Circus is Here" / "Robot Circus": Yuko arranges for Dr. Ochanomizu to go on vacation, and they bring Astro along. While at the town of Bellanotte, Astro and Dr. Ochanomizu see a robot circus, and following an incident they discover that one of the members is a human.
12. "Jumbo Revived": Skunk and his gang use an inactive giant robot which Astro's teacher, Ms. Midori, interacted with as a child to break Skunk out of prison.
13. "Birth of Uran" / "Little Sister, Big Trouble": Dr. Ochanomizu builds Astro a sister, Uran. Meanwhile, Katari strikes again.
14. "Micro Adventure": After falling out with Astro, Uran wanders outside and is infiltrated by a microbot. Astro uses Minimini's micro technology to enter her body and rid her of the virus. As it turns out, Minimini had orchestrated this in order to steal Astro's body for nefarious purposes.
