- Fakin' MacGuffin: Red manage to escape alongside Chuck by stealing a decorative fake egg and passing it off as a real one, with Chuck none the wiser.
- G-Rated Sex: In the video shown to Red and Chuck, reproduction is depicted as two birds kissing a cabbage until an egg pops out. Apparently, the pigs think this is how it happens in real life, as they give Red and Chuck a cabbage to produce an egg.
- Homosexual Reproduction: The pigs kidnap Red and Chuck and try to force them to make an egg.
- Hourglass Plot: At the start of the episode, the pigs have locked Red and Chuck in a cage with the intent of making them breed. By the end, Red and Chuck have locked the pigs in the same cage, with a Minion Pig trying to seduce Foreman Pig. To seal the deal, both the Minion Pig and Red wink at their captors in the exact same way as they leave the room.
- Innocent Innuendo: In an attempt to reach the fake egg, Red bangs himself against the walls of the cage to make it swing towards the egg while Chuck get his head stuck on the cage and tries to get out. The pigs, who are just outside, hearing all of this and believe it to be them... *ahem* doing their thing.
- Miss Conception: It's pretty obvious that the pigs have no idea how birds actually make eggs; not only do they believe eggs come from cabbages, but they apparently also think it can be done with two male birds.
- Sexophone: After the pigs leave Red and Chuck alone to make love, smooth saxophone music starts playing to heighten the mood.
- Stylistic Suck: The video on reproduction created by the pigs is done in a choppy cardboard cutout style.
