After being embarrassed by Hayley's student film, Francine decides to become a back-alley doctor, only to be hired by the Handicapped Mafia. Meanwhile, Stan persuades Steve to take steroids so that he can become popular, only to grow a pair of breasts.

- Bank Robbery: Francine inspires the Handicapped Mafia to rob First National Bank so that they'll be taken seriously. However, they're instantly killed before they even get in the front door.

Roger: I just made that bed! - Fanservice Car Wash: Steve and Stan obtain breasts as a result of steroids given by the CIA. Whilst they still can, they use the opportunity to show them off by washing a car.
- Jerkass Realization: When she sees her mother has become a Mob Doctor, Hayley realizes her student film drove her mother to be something she is not and put her own life in danger. She then decides to help her get out, only to find Francine is more clever than she seems...
- Kill It with Fire: Roger becomes obsessed with cleaning the house, but after Steve's party completely trashes it, he is so distraught that he decides to burn it.
- The Mafia: The Handicapped Mafia, who do all the scraps that the regular Mafia can't be bothered with, like forging handicapped placards and rigging the Special Olympics.
- Straw Feminist: Hayley's "film" is just her mocking Francine for choosing to be a housewife and supposedly wasting her life compared to other women in history.
- The Triple: Among the sporting events that the Handicapped Mafia are involved with are the Special Olympics, the Paralympics, and Women's Golf.
