Troubled by the behavior of Steve and Hayley, Stan alters their DNA to make them more like him. Meanwhile, Roger, Principal Lewis, and Jeff, get trapped in a mountain during a ski trip.

- Bait-and-Switch: Roger, Principal Lewis, and Jeff put their car on skis and push it downhill to the lodge, only to show that they didn't get into the car.
- Gone Horribly Right: Stan alters the family to be more like him, but they become more aggressive.
- Hope Spot: For a moment, it looks like Roger, Principal Lewis, and Jeff are having a great vacation, until it's shown they're still buried.
- LEGO Genetics: Stan uses CRISPR technology from the CIA to splice the DNA of his family to make them more like him. Stan eventually cures everyone by splicing Tuttle's genes into them, because he's apparently the genetic opposite of Stan and neutralizes his genes in others.
- Narcissist: Stan decides that his family would be better if they were more like him and use splicing technology to make it so. When Francine discovers this and objects, he decides she needs to be turned as well. Unfortunately, everyone inherits his narcissism and decides to make all of Langley Falls like Stan as well, which causes Stan to realize how obnoxious he can be and work to cure them.
- Opening Shout-Out: One of the traits people get from Stan's genes is singing "Good Morning USA" while driving and crashing their cars.
- Other Me Annoys Me: Stan is forced to confront the fact that he's a jerkass when the novelty of having everyone act like him wears off.
- Unexplained Recovery: The episode ends with Roger, Principal Lewis, and Jeff buried deep under an avalanche with rescuers deciding to take their time in looking for them. They show up in following episodes without explanation.
