- The activist outside of Walgreens appears to be doing a campaign in protecting animals, but she corrects Hayley that she is actually protesting against animals because she heard an elephant killed a poacher.
- Stan points to a house he and Steve will be staying at. A beautiful house near the sun is shown, but it turns out Stan was actually referring to the house right beside it.
- Didn't Think This Through:
- Hayley decides to sink the yacht to save the whales from being enslaved without checking what is beneath it. Accordingly, the yacht hits an underwater oil rig, creating a massive spill in the Atlantic.
- Stan didn't consider that the K-9 dogs might have to be freed at some point during his and Steve's stay at the Inn. The dogs start pursuing them that very night.
- Insane Troll Logic: The activist believes elephants are "bad" because they kill poachers. If anything, it's the other way around.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Hayley, Francine, and Roger free the whales pulling DJ Iron Monkey's yacht and then sink it. However, the yacht hits an underwater oil rig, causing a massive spill. Plus, they killed dozens of people on the yacht. Finally, Roger finds that his cigarettes are still dry and decides to light up, causing a massive fire in the Atlantic.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: DJ Iron Monkey is clearly based on deadmau5.
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Stan finally decides to leave the Inn... because the mail slots were by the car gate.
- Tempting Fate: After sinking the yacht the whales were pulling, Hayley feels that she did something to help the Earth. Cue the yacht falling on an oil rig, creating a massive spill in the Atlantic.
