Nightmare Fuel / Muppet Monster Adventure

• The events leading up to Robin waking up count even if we don't see them. Dr. Honeydew, Beaker and Pepe escort Robin to safety. Then we hear that Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie, Gonzo and Clifford weren't so lucky as they were captured by Dr. Honeydew's uncle and transformed into hideous monsters.
• Any seemingly inanimate object that turns out to be an enemy such as the tombstones and cacti. At first glance, they seem harmless until you get close enough at which point they come to life and attack you.
• Ker-Monster's battle starts with him chasing you. If you don't act fast, Robin will get squashed within seconds.
• Some levels have pools of goo that starts pulling you down, forcing you to jump quickly to get out. You take one hit each time you land in there so falling far from a platform is just as bad as a Bottomless Pit except it takes longer. Failing to do so treats you to Robin sinking in it and his struggling animation doesn't help.
• The implication that upon their transformation, the five monster Muppets have had their minds twisted to the point they actually ''attack'' Robin and can't stop themselves from doing so. This includes Kermit, who is Robin's uncle.
