• Drawing hands^ExplanationMany have expressed their difficulties with drawing hands because of their unique shape, often pointing out ways they use to avoid them. Because hands are so hard to draw, artists who draw hands well are treated as Memetic Badasses.
  • Even AI can't draw hands^ExplanationOne of the things AI image generators struggle with is also hands, with artists remarking that they share the same issue.
• Flipping the canvas^ExplanationCanvas flipping is used in digital art to check for flaws in a work's composition. Artists usually portray the flipped artwork as much worse than the un-flipped version.
• Ship Dynamics ^Explanation in July 2022, it's became a trend on social media to draw featureless characters representing various relationship tropes, which dubbed as "Ship Dynamics" due of the obvious shippy nature. Platonic examples occasionally show up as well.

• Laser Kiwi flag: It became a social media phenomenon due to its hilarious design. It has appeared in many memes, has been referenced by comedians such as John Oliver, and has been made into various merchandise. Many people wish it was the official flag of New Zealand and prefer it over the current flag.
• Thomas Lea's The Two-Thousand Yard Stare◊: This is liable to be used to humourously imply that some sort of situation which was significantly less severe than actually surviving brutal warfare was about as traumatizing.
• Samuel Johnson: Two◊ paintings◊ of Samuel Johnson by Joshua Reynolds were popular to use to portray one's disgust/bewilderment in online reactions due to his expressions in them.
