As is the case with all pages detailing Heartwarming Moments, Spoilers Off

  • After manifesting his illusion powers, Izuku asks his father if he can be a hero. You can see that Loki is not happy with this, since it problably tosses a wrench over his plans of bringing Izuku to his cause, but the love for his son prevails, and Loki says that yes, Izuku can be a hero.
  • Izuku helping Hitomi. The poor girl had it bad since she looks like a demon, but after speaking with Izuku, who says she looks more like an angel, the girl smiles, likely because it was the first time someone said something so nice to her.
    • Best part is finding out that thanks Izuku's pep talk, Hitomi acutally became a Bully Hunter in her school after that.
  • Overlaps with Awesome, but Izuku's Declaration of Protection to Eri against the Yakuza thugs and the Sludge Villain.
Izuku: And you wanna know the best part? I just did all of that without any powers! I didn’t even need them to beat you! Because guess what?! Quirk or no quirk, nothing was going to stop me from saving Eri!
All Might: Very well said, young man.
  • All Might reassuring Izuku when the boy asks him if he could be hero without his powers:
All Might: I won’t lie to you young man. If you had asked me that this morning, I don’t think you would have liked my answer. However. While the use of your quirk was impressive. What I saw, was even more. I saw a young boy, risking his life to protect an even younger girl. He fought the villain head-on, with no hesitation. Tell me, young Midoriya, at any point, did your body move before you had a chance to think?” (Izuku nods) That’s what I thought. Do you know what a lot of stories about great heroes have in common? Their bodies move before they can think. Today, you showed with or without your quirk, you could protect that girl. It’s what inspired me to push past my own limits, and step in at the end! Young man. Even without a quirk, you too, could become a hero.
  • All Might still offers Izuku One for All, but he refuses, saying that while the offer is amazing, he already has powers, and the Quirk should go to someone who needs it more. All Might is not disappointed with Izuku's answer, and agrees with him on it.
    • Mirio's reason for refusing is very similar, stating that One for All's power should go to someone who actually needs it, and he still can be Lemillion with just Permeation.
  • After finishing their trainning, Izuku makes mini fireworks on the palm of his hand for Eri. While the girl doesn't give a full smile, it's clear in only a matter of time.
  • Izuku's talk with Nighteye prompts the hero to have a Jerkass Realization and he promptly apologizes to Mirio for trying to make plans about the boy's future without his imput on it.
  • Izuku saving Ochako from the Zero-Pointer is both this and a moment of awesomeness.
  • To show to his son how proud of he is of his success at the Entrance Exam, Loki gifts Izuku with his iconic pair of daggers, saying that they deserve to be with one of the most important people in his life. Yes, this is problably a power play Loki will exploit in the long run, but it is a sweet moment nonetheless.
  • Izuku, as well as Tenko making friends after the second day at school. Once you find out how both of them, much like almost everyone else in the soon to be formed Mischief Squad, grew up with no friends, it's a very touching moment.
  • The fact that Tenko was saved, and by Nana's best friend and apprentice nonetheless. Despite all the guilt he feels over killing (most) of his family and Snark-to-Snark Combat with Gran aside, you gotta love how Tenko is finally receiving the familliar love he always deserved.
  • After showing his illusion powers to class, Izuku is ready for them to dismiss it useless or freaky, until Ochako steps in and points out how awmesome they are. And after that, the whole class, minus Bakugo, find it endearing and great as well, something Izuku deeply appreciates.
  • Once Izuku finds out Denki is his cousin, at first he is scared someone so cool and outgoing guy like him will not want to be related to him, only for Denki to reassure him and reveal that he was only child too, so finding he has a sibling, even in the middle of a villain attack, is something really great, and he is happy for Izuku to his cousin. And right after this, they decide, much like their fathers to team up and take on the Kurse Dark Elf together.
    • It gets even sweeter later on, when Thor reveals that was thanks to Izuku's influence that encouraged him to stop being scared about being close to his family and putting them in danger and reaching out to them in the first place. Izuku was unintentionally responsible for his cousin's reunion and newfound happiness.
  • After getting scolded about her failure from All for One, Hirona is slowly breaking down. Kurogiri, always loyal, gives her a cup of Chrysanthemum tea to help her calm down. It's not much, but at least Hirona has someone on her life that can be there for her.
  • As everyone at the USJ begins to be attended by paramedics Izuku, always self-depreciative towards himself, decides to swallow up the pain from his injuries (his healing factor is weak because of his low stamina) so his friends in worse condition can be helped. Ochako, however, sees through it, and convinces him that is okay to rely on others sometimes, so Izuku gives in and goes to seek help alongside her.
  • All Might visits Tenko to confirm that Hirona is actually Hana, and while Tenko still goes on his self-loathing routine for feeling selfish about Hana being alive means he can fix his mistake, All Might points out that his main focus should be on what to do the second chance part, and that he is not selfish over his feelings. Tenko decisevly vows to save his sister no matter what. Before leaving, All Might thanks him for saving Tsu in time, but Tenko shrugs it off, saying he didn't thought his body just moved on its own. You know where this goes next.
  • Thor and Denki go pick up Izuku on his home so he can spend the night with them, instead of just by himself on his apartament, and so he can finally spend some time with his newfound cousin. Izuku excitedly agrees.
  • Eri refrains herself from referring to Aizawa as her dad outside her head, but once she hears he got injured, she throws all caution off the window and openly calls him that in private. Aizawa for his turn doesn't turn her down. Later on, Eri makes her own Declaration of Protection towards Izuku, promising to get stronger to protect him much like he protects her.
    • Upon meeting the Nomu, Eri's fear quickly goes away upon finding out that much like her he was also experimented by bad guys. Eri decides to take a page of Izuku's book and care for her new friend and protector the same way her surrogate big brother cares for her.
  • Right before the Sports Festival, Izuku's decoys end up making themselves known to the class. The most troubled ones, Depression, Anxiety and Self-Sacrifice are freaking out, believing everyone would hate Izuku and them for being so awkward, only for Ochako to jump in, immeadiatly followed by the rest of the class and reassure they think the decoys are fun and would love to hang out with them further.
  • While watching Hirona recover from her tantrum, Kurogiri muses over how since he does not need to sleep, he often stays up at night watching whatever is on television alongside her. While he doesn't particularly care about most of it, the mist villain does find himself enjoying any show where the protagonist takes care of a wounded animal. Oboro's All-Loving Hero spirit still lives in Kurogiri's heart.
  • The story over how Inko and Loki met, which is both sweet and funny. The both of them were at a costume party, then Loki, much like Izuku, tripped up and got caught by Inko.
  • Ochako coming to terms about her feelings for Izuku. At first she attempts to put them away, thinking they will be a distraction to the both of them, only for the girl with pink hair and orange top (the same one who stole Inko's wallet in the previous chapter) come by and knock sense into her:
Girl: Wait wait wait! Distract him? You think a relationship would distract you guys? (Ochako nods) That’s stupid. And a little selfish, don’t you think?
Ochako: How? How can that be selfish, I’m putting my own feelings aside so we can both focus on being heroes!
Girl: By taking the choice out of his hands! And robbing yourself and him of something that could be great!” Did you ever stop to think this could inspire you?!
    Ochako: Inspire?
Girl: Yeah! I’m willing to bet it makes you wanna be like that person, right? Use that! Use each other to inspire yourselves to be better! Love isn’t a distraction, it’s a gift!
    Ochako: L-love?!
Girl: Oops! Too far? Sorry, but the point still stands! Which do you think is better? You distracting yourself by trying to put your feelings away, or you leaning on this lucky boy and using each other to be the best heroes you can!
    • The fact that the girl and her partner are implied to be alternate versions of Izuku makes it even sweeter, those two unknowningly helped their counterpart find true love.
  • While visiting Izuku after his match with Shoto, Eri asks the other if he was the one who used the flames. After Shoto confirms it, Eri says he should do it more often because his flames are pretty. Shoto appreciates it.
  • Despite losing their match, Izuku takes the defeat very well, and promises to become stronger to take on anything alongside his cousin. Denki agress with him and promises the same.
  • While Loki is not particularly happy with Izuku using Cryokinesis, he decides to let it go for the sake of his son's happiness and before leaving, he lets Izuku know he is proud of him.
  • As expected, All Might offers One for All to Tenko. The young is shocked at first, then proceeds to have a freak out once he realize that will make him a target to All for One much like Nana and All Might. In order to help Toshinori to reassure him, One for All (or more accurately, Nana) sends him a pulse, similar to the one he felt at the USJ, except this one is filled with resolve instead of despair.
All Might: I am sure of my picking you as a successor. I am sure that even if you choose not to accept, you’ll still be a great hero regardless. But lastly, I am sure that if you accept, I will not leave your side until you are fully trained, and I pledge that All for One will be defeated for good before you graduate.
Tenko: I… There’s no way grandma would want me to have it after what I did.
All Might: I think if she was here… She would tell you to take more pride in yourself. You are not like others your age. They haven’t had the same experiences as you. But because of that, you’ve had to work hard to get where you are today. To be still standing and want to go out into the world and save as many people as you can, especially when you could have just as easily laid down and given up, and no one would have blamed you? That takes a special kind of spirit and person. So yes, young Tenko, take pride in yourself and the accomplishments you have already achieved.
Tenko, (wiping out tears): Damn All Might, did you put all your stats into charisma?
All Might: I appreciate that, my boy. I believe most people would assume I put them all into strength.
    • And eventually does comes around and accepts it, making sure the heroic legacy of the Shimura family is restaured.
  • Izuku decides to stop keeping people away and starts off by revealing the truth about his parentage to Ochako. While the girl is skeptic at first, she does comes to understand the massive truth. And this is her reaction to it:
Ochako: I think I have a million more questions, and some things about you are starting to make a bit more sense, and… Alien, god, or whatever you call yourself, you’re still the same Izuku Midoriya to me.”
    • Then the two proceed to walk to the train station, and "forget" they are holding hands until getting there.
