    Session 1-5: Sacia Arc
  • Despite how Wurd treats his minions like servants, it is made clear that he is protective of them when he ordered them to evacuate from the Bloat attack once they helped most of the spectators evacuate.
    • This is further proven when Wurd threatened and attempted to kill the weather witch for endangering his minions as well as to prevent her from possibly harming them again in the near future.
  • The relationship between Fritz and Dozin & his crew is sweet, showing them to be as close as one big family despite the lack of relations by blood.
  • Despite finding out that Torrellan not only used Buck's debt to bet for the opposing team's win but also hired a weather witch to summon the Bloat to earn more money back, Buck still treated the bookie as a close companion and even risked his neck to convince the leader of the Underthrones to pardon Torrelan for his debts.
  • Laira attempted (and somewhat succeeded) to cheer up Kipp when the latter was drunk and wallowing in her misery. This is despite the fact that Laira isn't very sociable and Kipp isn't the nicest person.
    • Kipp, despite still trying to act mean to the party, thanked Laira for comforting her and repaid the favor by giving a lead on the weather witch.
  • The 'heart' for Sacia's dragon, Elias Verdugo, is a locket containing a picture of himself giving his niece Jidae Verdugo (when she was a child) a piggyback ride.
  • Upon seeing how stressed out and tired Lord Candela was from her work, Fritz gave her a Cooldown Hug to cheer her up.
  • Despite how unsociable both Laira and her mentor Shymaia are to other people, they share a strong bond with each other and care for one another.
  • Fritz saved a pirate from a humanoid Bloat, despite the pirate's previous animosity and how clearly dangerous the humanoid Bloat had shown itself to be already. This is because Fritz is the kind of person to see the good within people.

    Session 6-9: New Bascay Arc
  • The party is very supportive towards the innkeeper of Soft Shore's Inn, Rama, because of how sweet the man is and how he is struggling with keeping up the business he inherited from his father.
    • The party accepted Rama's request to have a painting of them for the inn for free so that it could help promote business and act as a gift for Rama to remind him of them.
    • Fritz gifted Rama with her magical tattoo so that Rama could use it to remind himself of his father.
    • Laira tried to help Rama find out what he really wants to do, since it seems Rama isn't as good as an innkeeper as his father and Rama only continues the business because he himself doesn't know what else he really wants to do with his life.
    • The party decided to sponsor Rama's inn during the gladiator's cage match so the inn can earn some business. Rama gave them the few remaining signature handkerchiefs of the inn to use for the sponsorship because he trusts them.
  • Despite the divorcement between Buck and Talindra (which seemed to have stemmed from Buck's gambling problem), Talindra doesn't hold any bad feelings towards Buck. She does warn him to be careful to not have any of his future relationships end like it did with them, hurting those close to Buck in the process.
    • Later on, Buck shows that he still cares for Talindra in return, as he warns his ex-wife about the potential trouble brewing in New Bascay due to Lord Nicholas' rise in power there.
  • When Nico Vagnoni the General Goods merchant tried to get a sponsorship from the pilgrims for the upcoming cage match, Fritz shot it down because the merchant badmouthed Rama when the former learnt that the party were going to sponsor him.
  • Cecilia's relationship with Rama is sweet. Cecilia is supportive towards Rama during the latter's hardships with the inn. And Rama is the only person whom Cecilia's seems to show her vulnerable side and how she really feels about how she struggles to keep up her image as both a gladiator and as Elythi's dragon.
    • It is revealed that Cecilia's 'heart' for New Bascay is in fact one of the remaining signature handkerchiefs from the Soft Shore's inn. This is because the handkerchief came from Rama.
  • Upon overhearing Andre berating his daughter Cecilia for losing the fight, the party interrupts him. And as Andre tries to leave, Wurd does a Spiteful Spit on Andre's shoes as Fritz and Laira comforts Cecilia.
  • Upon learning that Edmund could be scolded for his poor performance during the Bloat attack near New Bascay, the party decided to write positive reviews and praise for Edmund to the knight's higher-up so Edmund won't get in trouble.
  • Wurd shows a lot of care for his new horse Butterscotch. When Lord Nicholas asked if Butterscotch will be also pulling the party's new carriage, Wurd replies no as Butterscotch will not be doing any hard work like that.
  • When Wurd tried to buy the Soft Shore's Inn from Rama after learning that Rama finally settled on selling his father's inn, the party did their best to make sure that Rama is satisfied with the deal. This include Wurd and Fritz piling up a decent enough amount of gold, the party ensuring that the inn stays consistent to how Rama wanted the inn to be, and even offering that Rama could remain the official owner and the party will just take care of the inn in Rama's place.
  • The party are doing their best to help out with the relationship between Rama and Cecilia. And they are rewarded when they saw Rama kissing Cecilia, implying that the two finally became an Official Couple.
  • Buck shows that he still cares about his old hometown, as well as the people in it like his ex-wife, when he hesitates from just leaving the city to continue the pilgrim because of all the ill signs with Lord Nicholas Tejero and even the Underthrone Society making moves on the city. Even though the only ideas he has against these threats would put a large mark on both him and his party, he can't just leave the situation alone with a good conscious.
    • Furthermore, Buck needed to learn what happened to Torrellan, who had gone missing after seemingly getting involved by the Underthrone Society again. Despite what Torrellan did, Buck still cared for the guy.
  • When the party finally leaves New Bascay, they ran into Cecilia at the gate. It turns out that she wanted to say goodbye to the party and gave them her thanks for helping her out with her personal issues.
    • She also gave the party an ointment for the horse Butterscotch in order to treat her leg, much to Wurd's joy.
    • In addition, she gave the party a gift sent by Talindra: a box filled with gladiator donuts and duelist eclairs.

    Session 10-16: Pallitrios Arc
  • When the party learns about the strained relationship between Pyria and Coriac due to their lack of communication for a decade, the party encouraged Pyria to at least try to talk back to Coriac since Coriac went into the effort to communicate with her again.
  • When the party learned that Olivia is suffering from strange deteriorations to her bridge, the party volunteered to help look into the problem despite Olivia saying that they didn't need to do it.
  • After surviving a Bloat ambush led by the humanoid Bloat, the party found out the Efficiency got hurt during the fight. Butterscotch comforted the other horse, Laira healed him, and Wurd's presence alone seemed to calm him and Butterscotch down.
  • When La Destructora challenged the pilgrims for the third time, she noticed that the party is ragged, their carriage is damaged, and their horses were injured. She actually got shocked with their state and expressed concern, saying she can just come back tomorrow and let them rest first.
  • La Destructora seemed to have befriended with some children at Pallistrios, as they can be seen cheering for her during her fight against the party. She even allowed them to draw on her cardboard spear.
  • Spade explained that he sought out religion after a journey of self-discovery by traveling over all Elythi. This led him to reveal that he was introduce to the Builder god by a man who resembles Enoch from the first game. It shows that Enoch is still out there helping out people, even after the campaign he was a part of it over. Enoch even held on to the lessons he learned, as he cautioned Spade on holding onto a healthy amount of skepticism for religious situations.
  • Marcos the Blacksmith is a Nice Guy who is friendly towards the party and didn't mind that they couldn't buy anything from him due to a lack of money. He even let Wurd get a ruined iron ring for free as it was made from practicing his ironwork.
  • After letting out all her anger against her biological father and finally getting an apology from him for abandoning her as a child, Fritz finally calmed down and said that the score it settled. Fritz, as an adult, doesn't hold any grudges towards her birth father as she understood the circumstances behind it and just wanted an apology to her as a child. Astrapio is surprised with how forgiving his ex-daughter is.
    • When Astrapio asked Fritz to send his thanks to Dozin for raising his ex-daughter, Fritz said that in return, he should come to them and she would treat him to a drink at the tavern.
  • Despite how much the people disliked Miquel for his troublemaking issues, Sergi chose to continue looking after the boy because he's the only one who can tolerate Miquel and see how earnest the boy could be.
  • When Sergi express his concerns about how he hasn't been spending a lot of time with Miquel due to the former's work, Fritz reassures Sergi that the dragon is a good parental figure.
  • After seeing how upset Miquel is with Sergi for putting off time for playing with him because of his work, Fritz cheered the boy up by promising that both Sergi and her will play with the boy after the work is done.
  • Doubles as Tearjerking. Sergi's heart is a wrench wand that belonged to Viglin, a friend of Sergi who died during the exploration of the ruins near Pallitrios. Sergi admitted that he hoped that party succeeding in defeating the Collector and getting his heart would help make sure that Viglin's death wasn't in vain.
  • Fritz saving Conductor Byron from the Bloat and returning him back to the train before activating the train's barrier because the barrier would prevent Byron coming back inside the train. This is despite the dire situation of the massive conglomeration of Bloat trying to destroy the train.

    Session 17-?: Trevesetta Arc
  • Despite being aware of Buck's bad personality in the past, Wurd still tried to defend Buck from Pamyal (one of Buck's ex-wives) when the female adventurer was understandingly insulting the bugbear.
  • It was revealed that Eduardo wanted to do Iker's request with the pilgrims because Eduardo and Iker are married and it was their anniversary, so Eduardo wanted to gift his husband with the medical flowers the healer wanted.
  • When Jidae shares to the party on how she feels torn between wanting to continue traveling free and needing to take over the role from her uncle as Sacia's dragon (essentially taking away her freedom to move about), the party reassures her by admitting how freedom and situations like these are never that simple.
  • Dozin revealed that he and Astrapio became friends because Fritz's birth father had defended Dozin after the latter had been falsely accused of stealing by his captain.
  • Wurd asked his minions what each of them wanted to do in the future. After hearing them out, Wurd declared that he would help make their wishes come true.
    • Wurd also gave his minions a nice share of the gold they stole before Wurd decided to add a little extra for them.
  • Laira felt very touched after having a heart-to-heart with her mentor Shymaia. This is special, as both pupil and mentor are known for not having the best social skills.
  • Two reactions to Buck's actions in Session 19 show up in Session 20;
    • Despite the disastrous conclusion to Session 19, Laira reveals that despite Fritz immediately leaping to her defense, Laira never held Buck's selfish actions against him. Laira even brings up a variation of what Shymaia told her back in the very first session, explaining that everyone goes on the pilgrimage for different reasons, giving Laira no real mud to sling for Buck's decisions. The only thing she was ever worried about - and this was true of the entire party, not just Buck - was that they were all gravitating away from the original purpose of the quest in the first place. She even leaps to Buck's aid and sides with him when Buck reasonably calls Wurd out for planning out a dangerous heist against the entirety of Trevesetta without knowing what they were up against.
    • Though he's still wary of Buck as a result of the dangerous situation he got the pilgrims involved in, Wurd is the first person to try to break bread with Buck again, making a friendly wager with him to ease tensions.
  • Despite potentially being late to a meeting with Lord Nicholas, the party prioritized helping a female Hobgoblin save her sick wife. And when Laira was able to cure the sick wife using Lesser Restoration, the Hobgoblin is so overjoyed that she hugged Laira and thanked her constantly.
    • While he appeared disinterested at first, Captain Arzire showed signs of guilt when he reported the sick wife to authorities to have her quarantined due to a spreading plague. And when the captain found out that the pilgrims were able to cure the patient, Arzire let out a sigh of relief before overing for the patient by saying to the guards that he must have been seeing things due to his poor eyesight.
  • When Fritz is being insulted by a talking statue of herself that was made from a magic bean, Wurd defended his companion and reassure her that she did nothing wrong. Furthermore, he craved the word "LIAR" on the talking statue and created a path for magma to flow towards the statue in order to melt it later.
  • When Wurd and Laira were interrogating Torrellan in the prison that the latter is being held in, Torrellan asked the pilgrims to not rescue him because it would put them in danger with the Underthrone Society.
  • Edmund had a courier deliver a special Sending Stone to the pilgrims so that they could cast Sending for emergencies or other important reasons.
  • Despite Pavita lacking any strong relationships due to Lord Nicholas' meddling, it seems that Pavita and Captain Arzire were able to form some form of bonding during their time as sparing partners.
    • When the topic of who would become the new dragon of Trevesetta was brought up, Pavita chose Captain Arzire. It is likely due to how Pavita was close enough to Captain Arzire to recognize how good of a person he is despite needing to act loyal to Lord Nicholas.
    • Apparently, the two were close enough that they would have a running joke where Captain Arzire is 'keeping up with his scars' from the time the two were sparing partners.
  • When the party saw an imprisoned green Kobold named Gola being trapped and experimented on, Wurd was the one to lead the party into ambushing the soldiers and wizards in charge of the experiment.
    • After freeing Gola, Wurd offered him a place to work with him on Wurd's land after learning that Gola had been working on his own land prior to his kidnapping.
