  • In the quest “The Gift of Giving, one of the things you deliver Daphne, an orphan in the slums is silver ore, which she explains is for a “spell” her friend told her that is about meeting her parents, whom she never knew but is grateful for giving her life. In a later quest, House Of The Blue Sunbright, it is revealed that Daphne is the daughter of a noble Natasha and Sebastian‘s twin sister, but due to fear of inheritance problems Daphne’s family sent her away. But her mother couldn’t bear sending her daughter away, so she has been secretly helping the orphanage. So it turns out the spell did in fact work and Daphne meet her mother, even if she didn’t realize it.
  • Worried that no one will hire your pawn? Fear not! Capcom, themselves, have created false player accounts for the purpose of hiring out pawns, ensuring that even players who have set their pawns to not be recruited will receive a steady stream of Rift Crystals.
  • The bond between you and your pawns is at the forefront a lot more here compared to the first game.
    • One of Sphinx's riddles is to present your most beloved to them. While you can do this with just about any NPC you maxed affinity for, you can present your main pawn and Sphinx will accept it. It can really show how much the Arisen actually cares about the pawns in their service, something that was barely there in the first game.
    • They can catch you from a potentially lethal fall, you can give them high fives and celebrate with them after a battle, drink with them at a tavern, camp with them and visit a Hot Springs to relax with them.
    • While the final moment you have with your main pawn at the end of the game is touching on its own, you will get a special dialogue if you've raised your affinity with them high enough:
Main Pawn: Oh, Master... Such joy I feel. You have given me a gift beyond measure: a fledgling will that burns within my breast. Yet for your sake, I would fain relinquish all I have— All that I am.
  • One potenial ending for Hugo's sidequest involves him getting a job at the Rose Chateau through the Arisen if they finished Wilhemina's questline, or at Isaac's shop if the player got the bad ending of his quest. He's grateful for the Arisen's help for giving him the chance to live an honest life after knowing only banditry.
  • If you've started a New Game Plus, pawns you encounter from then on will acknowledge it. The most heartwarming response comes from pawns of the Simple inclination, who are just elated to see you again.
Simple Pawn: Arisen! I knew you loved this world too much to leave it behind!
  • Finishing the True Ending and watching the credits will show various characters whom your Arisen has helped if the player completes their side quests in a way that ends in a good outcome:
    • With the Arisen gone as a result of their Heroic Sacrifice, Sven takes their place as Sovran of Vermund to lead the kingdom and his people with peace and prosperity.
    • Having fulfilled her revenge against her parents' killer, Wilhelmina parts ways with her past as she tosses a letter into the campfire.
    • All the people of Melve return to their home village, and Ulrika is shown among them happy to be back as they rebuild it.
    • Doireann plants a cutting of the Arbourheart tree into the soil while Taliesin and Glyndwr watch, with their scene ending in a close-up of the cutting itself.
    • Raghnell rests in the back of a moving ox cart in Battahl until it stops when a pack of Asps block the road. Phaesus, riding the cart, motions his head to him and the sellsword readies his sword and shield with a grin as he prepares to engage the monsters.
    • As night passes over Battahl, Hugo holds his dagger in contemplation, before getting up and walking away, leaving his dual daggers as symbolism of his letting go of his life of banditry.
    • Sara hammers away at the heated blade as her mentor Brokkr holds it during a lesson in Dwarven smithing.
    • Empress Nadinia and the other priestesses commence the supplication in the Flamebearer Palace while Menella observes it.
    • Beren proudly trains a group of Battahli soldiers as well as the new recruit amidst a garden of Moonglow flowers.
