Session 1-7: The Adventure Begins Arc
  • Many moments involving Eliza are quite heartwarming.
    • After rescuing Eliza from the necromancers, the party shows great care for the little girl. Luna and Renee are very protective and comforting towards her, and even Nathaniel is willing to lend Eliza the former's hat to play with (which shocked Renee).
    • No-Tails gifted Eliza a small plant-like creature that he named Twiggy. Eliza is ecstatic to play with the small creature.
    • Helioise is overjoyed to be reunited with Eliza, breaking down into Tears of Joy and hugging the child.
  • Nathaniel gifted Edmund an amateur lock so that the latter could use it to lock out any dangers in order to protect himself and his sister Eliza.
  • Enoch took a liking towards Mirth, a budding alchemist and inventor, and even took them under his apprenticeship. So, upon learning that Mirth had been practicing necromancy in order to help with their alchemy and inventions, Enoch was willing to look the other way and allow Mirth to go free.
  • While Nathaniel seems rather uncaring, he is shown to genuinely care for his secret son Lancel. In act, Nathaniel is so protective of him that he hid the fact that Lancel is his son from the party and the public because he is worried that his enemies will go after Lancel.
  • After the revelation of Mirth being a necromancer was revealed to Juliana and Tapwater, Juliana was so furious and heartbroken that Enoch hid this that she told Enoch to leave immediately. After a heartbroken and depressed Enoch left, Renee tried to repair their relationship by even a little by telling Juliana that Enoch did what he did because Enoch wanted to try to help Mirth work without relying on necromancy instead of just locking Mirth away or executing them.

    Session 8-13: Chester City Arc
  • After learning that Serene had practiced necromancy and that his mother had been protecting necromancers, Enoch came to the complete epiphany that not all necromancers are bad and that he wanted to help them find a better future in some way. This drastic turn from an extremist who hated all necromancy to someone that can be understanding and sympathetic towards troubled necromancers really shows how much he grown since meeting Mirth.
    • In addition, Serene had previous wanted to use necromancy to help Enoch communicate with the latter's mother for some closure. She was willing to expose her identity as a necromancer just to help Enoch, who was known to be against necromancy.
  • Nathaniel, despite his personality, is shown to be a Benevolent Boss towards his employees like Julius & Renee and even shows trust & confidence in Rahir that he entrusted the hobgoblin with copies of Kara's research papers.
  • Despite needing to bring Craighton back to Sage Anabelle in order to help identify her sword Absolution, Luna ultimately decided not to force Craighton to work back at the magic store and even encourage the fire genasi to continue pursuing his new passion for making tea. Furthermore, Luna was able to convince Anabelle to let Craighton go.
  • Despite how rocky the relationship between Nathaniel and Enoch had been since Session 1, the two of them finally settled down the hatch after understanding that Magnus had been trying to drive the two into fighting each other and using them in order to gain control of the Warforges in the abandoned factory. It shows when Enoch and Nathaniel cornered Magnus after exposing the latter's lies and later on when Nathaniel comforted Enoch after the fight against Alter.
Nathaniel: (To Magnus) You were trying to separate Enoch and I. Unfortunately, you misunderstood that our bond is stronger than that.
  • Doubles as a tearjerker moment: Renee and Luna returned Sawpuller's armband to Mortan as a Tragic Keepsake after confirming the ogre's death to his friend.
Mortan: (crying) I'm going to miss you, big guy.
  • After learning about Rottak's tough situation with trying to earn money for her sister's medicine, Renee decided to hire her into the Witchtakers despite the earlier messy situation where Rottak had to resort to joining the Protectors to earn that money.
  • Before the party left Chester City, Luna decided to propose to Scorpio with a ring that she had someone forge with a jewel that she got from the abandoned Warforge factory.
  • After learning that the party is heading for Cloveway, Sina and the guards blocked the city gate as nobody is allowed to head towards the necromantic city. However, after talking to Luna, Sina decided to allow her daughter and her companions to go because Sina believed that her daughter should be free to choose her own path.

    Session 14-18: Cloveway Arc
  • Understanding that the people of Cloveway are still depressed from a recent bandit attack on the city, Renee decided to sing a more somber song in the tavern. The song is about how, no matter what you go through, you are not alone.
  • After the boss fight against Kara Miharian, the people of Cloveway came in defense for Kara. They included Kara's spouse Jacqueline who, despite seeming to be scared, armed herself with a wand to protect her love.
  • The Raven Queen reassured that both Luna's father and Enoch's mother have peacefully passed away into the afterlife. Luna and Enoch broke down in relief to know to this, especially because Luna feared that her father's spirit was being forced back into the world of the living through her Echo and Enoch feared that his mother might not be able to go to the afterlife due to her actions of protecting necromancers.

    Session 19-22: The Final Arc
  • Enoch had Kara teach him how to use Spare the Dying, a necromancy cantrip, in order to show Mirth that Enoch truly started to accept necromancy and necromancers like him.
  • When Mirth was saddened upon learning that Bloodstride had just being using him and the other necromancers for his own selfish desires, the party reassured him that the other necromancers clearly believed in the idea that necromancers could find a place where they could belong and could freely use necromancy. They even encouraged him to join Kara at Cloveway, with Enoch adding that he will pick up Mirth whenever the boy wanted to.
    • Before leaving for Cloveway, Mirth hugs the gang. Special mentions goes to Enoch crying while hugging Mirth.
    • Luna thanked Mirth for his potions, telling him how helpful his potions were. She added that she wishes to finance Mirth for making more potions in the future.
  • The final "Banana Fact" of the series is just Davvy genuinely thanking everyone, including the audience, for the wonderful experiences they've all been a part of.
  • After the final boss fight in the Grand Finale, the party looks up at a rooftop and sees an apparition of Abbigail in broken Thorne armor, shedding a tear and in a more natural position than as an undead revenant, before disappearing in a puff of arcane magic.
  • The final session ends with a Where Are They Now epilogue, and while nothing is left set in stone and many details are left "a mystery", every protagonist gets a heartwarming epilogue. Even some of the side characters got to appear in the epilogue with their own happy endings.
    • Luna repairs the monument of her father, has a proper wedding with Scorpio, and then sets up an adventurer's guild with the broken hilt of Absolution as its symbol. And when she set up her new guild, she had Rhushk Hookscales and the reformed Protectors partner up with her, allowing people like Rhushk finally get a better life than just a thief..
    • Enoch settles down in Ruggawood, may have started a relationship (and family) with Juliana, went on a trip with her and Mirth to enjoy the world like he never had before, and then retired with the hope of never using a weapon again (unless called upon by his friends). In addition, Enoch helped Mirth repair his relationship with Juliana (after a bit of scolding from the female mechanic towards the both of them).
    • Nathaniel passes leadership of the Witchtakers to Renee. He briefly wonders if he should campaign to take over Chandrelle's position, but ultimately decides to advocate for Lancel getting it instead. He then leaves to find a way back to Verteheim, with no knowledge of Luc's fate, and was never seen again.
    • Renee inherits leadership of the Witchtakers and decides to reform them into a less-covert group, particularly after Nathaniel's past was revealed to the masses and public opinion started questioning their ways. She also inherits the "banana wizard" outfit, but hates the color and uses magic to make it purple.
