    "Fisk Shipping"?
  • Maybe it's just me, but I find it kind of strange how right out in the open we have a factory that blatantly displays "Fisk Shipping". Isn't Fisk supposed to be a relatively secret person given his criminal ties, particularly given the events of Daredevil? It's been a while since I've seen that series so perhaps my memory isn't the best, but to me the fact that it says "Fisk Shipping" as opposed to some shell company name or something strikes me as Narm.
    • Simple explanation? Fisk didn't care any longer, especially in a post-Blip world where people had bigger problems to care about. Also, the company is in a town in the middle of nowhere.
    • It's within the realm of possibility that even back before he made himself a public figure, Fisk had had some companies set up under his name to provide a cover for where his income comes from. Freight shipping is a low-key but lucrative field that can explain away his wealth without attracting too much public scrutiny, especially since it's also a perfect business for laundering his ill-gotten gains.

    Kingpin during the Snap
  • If Fisk was actively causing harm during the five-year Snap period before the events of Endgame, how come the Avengers didn't come down on his ass? There was barely anything keeping them engaged at the time, and at least three members actively live in New York where Fisk operates. How can they just turn a blind eye to what he's doing in a post-Snap world?
    • Fisk is a Villain with Good Publicity. Captain America can't exactly go around attacking businessmen without probable cause. Fisk's criminal empire is admittedly a little nebulous, but it seems to mostly involve drug and weapon trafficking, which isn't easy to trace all the way to the top. That's why vigilantes go after Kingpin rather than the big-name heroes.
    • He's also mostly Beneath Notice. He keeps his activities quiet, moves his pawns in the shadows, and generally tries to make sure his "business associates" keep a low profile, specifically so that Captain America, Iron Man, or Thor don't come barging into his penthouse looking for answers as to what he's up to.
    • Fisk didn't want the Avengers paying to much attention to his business. Heck, in Hawkeye he was extremely annoyed that an Avenger was involved, and that was Clint Barton we're talking about. Imagine the heavy-hitters, like Hulk, Thor, Wanda or Carol Danvers.
