• In the premiere, "Going Batty," the kids that Vampirina (not yet known as "Vee") invites to her house are confused when they enter the place and her parents end up right behind them. They wonder how they got there.
  Vampirina's parents: Helicopter parents. We're always lurking.
  • Earlier in the episode, Boris dresses him, Vee, and Oxana up in orange sweaters:
  Boris: They say orange is the new black!
  • Edna later shows up wearing an identical sweater.
• One scene at the beginning of "The Sleepover" has Bridget being afraid of a chalk spider drawing, a chalk drawing that she drew.
• In "Vee's Surprise Party", Edgar pretends to have not been scared from the scary stuff in Vee's house, only to have security footage from his own camera catching him in the act of also being scared.
• "Vee Goes Viral" has two moments:
  • We have the running gag of Dragos being continually annoyed that he's never addressed as Dragos The Dancer.
  • There's also the fact that Edgar has so few views on his videos that even his own grandma doesn't watch them.
• "Bone Appetite" shows that Oxana is so bad at human cooking that even Penelope, a Venus flytrap who eats anything , spits out the food in disgust.
• "Woodchuck Woodsies" has this scene after Vee decides to not be a Woodchuck Woodsie anymore:
  Poppy and Bridget : Vee, where are you?
  Vee (in bat form) : Up here
  Bridget : AAAHHH!! BAAATTT!!
  Poppy : It's Vee.
  Bridget : (chuckles sheepishly) Oh, hi Vee.
• At the end of "Vampire Weekend", Vee asks her parents if they ever imagined how they'd be as humans. Boris excitedly answers "Always" while Oxana exclaims "Never!" in horror.
• In "Game Night", Bridget is so scared of the possible obstacles that pop up in the game Skellyrun that she meows like her cat, Ms Cuddlecakes, saying she needs to feed her, to try to get out of it. It doesn't work.
• In "Nanpire The Great", after Nanpire sings to Vee how family is there for her, it leads to this exchange between Demi and Poppy.
  Poppy : Demi, are you crying?
  Demi : What, no? Im just allergic to classrooms. It's all the chairs. (Poppy gives a "yeah right" look) Yes, Yes I am. Hold me Poppy.
• In "Two Heads Are Better Than One", Gregoria mistakes Demi for a balloon, which annoys him. Then a balloon with an almost identical appearance comes out.
• The beginning of "Vee Is For Valentine" has Gregoria not liking Ghoulentine's Day since it's too mushy. Cue the end of the episode where she cries in joy over getting Ghoulentines.
• The way Edna waves at the Hauntleys in the intro, due to being weirded out by their sudden appearance.
