• As Alpha laments how the rangers are about to be trapped in a monster sandwich, we cut to a billboard for a bulk food company...that has the images of Bulk and Skull with a sandwich.
• When Kat and Rocky get teleported into the Command Center, Rocky has a box of Chinese takeout, complaining that he was about to have lunch. And then he never gets to have it because Alpha accidentally tossed it out. The man cannot catch a break with getting his meal times interrupted.
• Kat makes a reference to the infamous "too much pink energy" line.
• The Rangers activate Billy's portable stealth devices, rendering them invisible for the attack on Robo-Rita's palace — and Alpha accidentally steps on their feet as he makes his way to the control console to teleport them.
• When Minh tries and fails to morph to fight the Putties in the juice bar, they laugh at her as she stands there awkwardly.
• Kat comments that the Putties still sound like angry turkeys all these years later. ^note Funnily enough, Kat never once fought Putties in the original series.
  • When Zack unleashes his hip-hop kido at the Putties, Minh looks in disbelief at why her Uncle Zack is suddenly breakdance fighting.
• Minh telling the monsters what Rita did to Trini:

  Minh: Your boss killed my mom!
  Robo-Snizzard: We work for an intergalactic war criminal, you'll need be a lot more specific.

• After taking Billy's RADBUG 2, Minh tries to find out how it flies, messing with most of the components, until she found the solution, by accident, the wiper blade switch. Later, Billy teasingly tells Minh she is grounded for stealing the RADBUG 2.
