  Amy: I love picnics! Especially with peanut butter and tuna fish sandwiches! *Beat* Not together, of course!

  Amy: Oh no, Carrie! That puppet show was excellent! I mean, you can hardly see the strings!
  Holly: Amy, they were hand-puppets. There were no strings!
  Amy: Hmmm, no wonder!
• And then there's this when the girls go out to deliver the invitations for Aunt Jessie's party:
  Holly: Don't worry, his bark is worse than his bite.
  Amy: Old man Scranton bit Holly? How come nobody told me?!?
• Joan's response to Aunt Jessie lamenting that Uncle Dave is eating all the profits
  Ah, Jess, you're getting way too upset! Take a break! Piece of pie?

Christmas Wishes

• Robby taking a job as Santa Claus and trying to pass his pig, Cheddar, off as a reindeer.
• Doodles and Cheddar wreck the Hobbie family Christmas display, leaving only a single standing drumming elf. The judges interpret this as a metaphor of the ruins of Christmas commercialization and award the display first prize.

Secret Adventures

• Amy demonstrating her Cloud Cuckoolander tendencies in the song "Think of Something Nice."
  Holly: Just close your eyes / Clap your hands / And think of something nice.
  Carrie: Like daffodils?
  Amy: Or liverwurst?
• Holly accidentally hypnotizing Amy instead of Carrie.
