Before the first death in the White game, Koemi and Kiyoshi suggest for a party to be arranged to lift everyone's spirits! Their going down the hall to the restaurant is funny by itself, but put into consideration the rest of the goings on, and it makes it better.

For a bit of black comedy in chapter 4 of Doubt Academy White, Mimi realizes that she is in love with Ritsuka after Ritsuka kisses her. That would normally be an "aww!"-worthy moment, except that while she's thinking about how much she loves Ritsuka, she's still under the mistaken assumption that Ritsuka is a boy!
During the seventh investigation of Doubt Academy White, Chris Peril, the SHSL Stunt Driver, licks a mysterious powder off a bathroom floor, knowing well that Kazuya (who is dead in the same bathroom) was once seen with a vial of powdered cyanide and has symptoms suggesting he was poisoned. It turns out to just be salt. Not that this stops Monobear from constantly reminding him about what he did throughout the investigation. Even the readers and players of the game, his mun included, don't let him live it down long after the trial has come and gone.
To be fair, he keeps on inviting mockery by trying to taste-test other things, like, oh... the bathwater that Kazuya's corpse has been stewing in for hours. In a tub that has confirmed cyanide around the rim and may have more in the water. His constant dismissal of Monobear's warnings makes one hope that he's just joking about it all (given his persistence despite it being very clear he's dealing with cyanide, he likely is). And then there's this conversation:
Kiyoshi: How odd... is this towel from the changing room then for the Men's Workout Room?
Monobear: [...] I would highly suggest not tasting the towel. You don’t rightly know where it’s been, have you? It could be dangerous.
Chris: Did you say taste the towel? Because I'll taste the towel.
Monobear: THE TOWEL WILL KILL YOU!
Kiyoshi: Why on god's green earth would anyone taste a towel? Monobear, are you telling me this is laced with cyanide too?
Monobear: You can’t tell but I’m glaring at Chris Peril right now.
Chris: Well, could I at least smell the towel? Or waft it... Waft the towel...
Monobear: ...
Chris: Is that a no on towel wafting?
Monobear: You have surpassed your quota of stupid questions today. See you at the trial you speedy bastard.
Doubt Academy 3
Nanoka Era referring to Chie Narita as her "soul friend" in Alpha.
In Alpha's chapter 3 trial, Shay deciding to use his SHSL Pitchman talent to serve as announcer for Chiemi and Eva's fight!
Shay and Saori attempt to set up a radio tower at the apartments... And the outlet they plugged the wire into bursts into flames. Highlights include Saori suggesting that Shay try smothering it with his sweater (which only makes the fire stronger but, to Saori's happiness, destroys the tacky sweater) and the fact that their posts are accompanied by Yakety Sax.
In Omega's chapter 5 trial, Nicanor's explanation on why they couldn't be the one to have killed Akira, finally ends with the comment that if they could write a phrase above Akira's corpse, it would have been "Fuck you."
Following this trial is its unusual outcome: There is no execution, as it was technically correct to vote for the late Akira since he had murdered Shinji, the other victim. Monobear isn't content to simply let it go like that and decides to have some fun with this. Kicking around the decapitated head of Akira? Creepy and horrifying. Kicking around the decapitated head of Akira while balloons and confetti float by, complete with a custom video of the execution intro (appropriately titled "yall need jesus") that shows Monobear running off with the head instead of dragging the student as usual? Creepy and hilarious.
Doubt Academy 4
The person executed in Rot's fourth trial is disliked if not outright despised by most of the survivors. Shortly after the execution, Shoko and Misaki leave the courtroom together and make a quick stop at of one of the Monomachines. They get Sully's dakimakura. And they immediately set it on fire.
P.K.'s attraction to Noriaki, despite the fact that he murdered a person she considered to be a friend in a way that made her a witness to his delayed death, apparently followed her to the afterlife. This becomes a brick joke later on when P.K. is asked for proof that it's really her, though only time will tell if the statement is true or not:
P.K.: Um…..hey, I made out with Noriaki Kato, it was awesome! I’m probably going to do it again.
She follows this up by asking if anyone other than her would say that following the events of the first trial.
Jae-Hwa's antics in general- there's hardly a post he makes that isn't funny in some shape or form, be it the narration, his dialogue, or some other meme:
Jae-Hwa: P-PEACH TIME!
Jae-Hwa:H-HERE COMES ANOTHER CHINESE EARTHQUAKE, BRBRBRBRBRBRBR…
Jae-Hwa: …A…Ah… W-Wow…! Great! Bazinga!

The "Gentfield" debacle during trial 5. A drawing of Garfield was found as evidence during the trial, and everybody was asked to offer their interpretations with some... fascinating results.
The fact that a drawing of Garfield was ultimately the culprit's downfall, not to mention everything else that went on in that trial, ranging from Sarara EATING the last of Holly's pool party invitations from chapter 1 ( due to them proving that she was lying about her ability to draw and then drawing Holly and Michiko as minions on request at the end, to her agreeing that whoever forged the nightwatch document that was copied from Yuka must not have known her very well...considering she's the one who did it and she and Yuka get along VERY well.
Holly confiscating the wine from Michiko out of concern, and Michiko later stealing it back when Holly leaves to go talk to someone else.
Sarara's dialogue as a whole during that trial was pure gold.
Sarara: I'm a widow. I don't do crimes.
Sarara: What's that? Is that another cartoon man? I hate him. (referring to Holly's minion)
Holly's....interesting narrative rewrite of My Immortal.
Holly just looked at Ebull incredulously upon being handed a pen. No fucking way was she drawing a Garfield. Not for these people. Not for anyone. She instead drew a giant middle finger. The preps stared at her. She put up her drawn middle finger to them.
One memorable moment from the end of Parelthon's second chapter, after Haruna and Hanako get into a off-topic backstory reveal contest...
