• The hordes of office drones in Kurtzmann's department busily doing their thing... so long as Kurtzmann is actually there to look at them. As soon as he goes back to his office and shuts the door, everyone immediately stops what they're doing and tune in to watching a black-and-white Western instead. When Kurtzmann opens the door and looks out, everyone is immediately at work again, only to go back to watching the Western when the door is shut.
