• Fridge Horror: In 'The Pit', after the first meeting with Jay Leno, Leno walks away while saying "I want that guy killed" to a member of his crew, referring to Titus. The wreck at the end of the episode, which put Titus in a coma in the following episode, happened because Titu's car 'exploded' while he was racing Leno's driver. The following episode presents the explosion as a result of Ken's suggested modifications to the funny car causing a malfunction, but Leno's car had the same mods and Ken spent his life working with and learning about cars. the implication is clear: Jay Leno tried to have Titus killed and got away with it with no one suspecting a thing.
