In "Santa Claus is Coming Out", the reprise of "Santa Claus is Gay" where Santa is revealed to be bi has Santa give a sinister look while singing "There's nothing I won't try". Does this mean he's open to objectively wrong sexual inclinations like pedophilia and bestiality?
The "Smile, Ya Bastard, Smile" musical number in the movie has Queer Duck respond to an ICU patient complaining about his swollen penis by offering to help get it down. Regardless of which way the patient with a swollen penis swings, Queer Duck is essentially abusing his occupation as a nurse to molest a defenseless patient.
Another fridge horror moment relevant to the movie is that it isn't made clear exactly how many gay men suffered Reverend Vandergelding's efforts to make them straight prior to Queer Duck consulting him, or how messed up they became from undergoing Vandergelding's treatments.
Yet another moment from the movie is that Oscar Wildcat remarks in response to the Linda Blair pepper mill stating that his mother is blowing Nixon in Hell that he doesn't doubt that is the case. This appears to suggest that Oscar Wildcat has finally gone through with killing his mother.
