How did Merkin manage to track Jay and Silent Bob down after getting arrested?
Might have to do with the app they used to get a ride from him. If they're stupid to agree to sign their names away without reading a contract, they're stupid enough to allow an app to access their GPS (and they'd be just as stupid to allow for their GPS to stay on. And apps like Uber do pinpoint the spot where passengers can be picked up to their drivers).
If the scenes shown during the credits are canon to the movie, Kevin Smith's anger towards Milly is completely unwarranted. How exactly did she ruin his career, and by the way, didn't she just help save his life?
Well, if you think about it, if it hadn't been for her and Silent Bob jumping him, it wouldn't have allowed for Shan Yu to have her soap box moment. And since we have no idea what the scene that was meant to be filmed was meant to be like, since all of the VIP audience left, there's no way for him to direct the final scene for Bluntman v Chronic, which may have essentially been probably one of the best films in his career (assuming his filmography for the Viewaskewniverse is the same as it is in real life, it would have been his first real Comic Book/Superhero movie he's directed, which considering how much of a comic book fan he is in RL, it makes sense that he'd be the kind of guy you would get for a possibly good comic book movie). So, since the movie is incomplete and may never be released, Kevin realized the series of events that lead to this started with Millie and Silent Bob jumping him.
Upon rewatching Strike Back, a question must be asked: considering how the events of that movie unfolded and the reveal that Jay never visited Justice in prison, when and how exactly did they even get a chance to conceive Milly?
Probably they tried to have sex and got caught? A Wizard Did It?
