Whiskers warps reality on a regular basis. At first, this seems like standard Toon Physics...but later we learn that Whiskers has a background as a magician and is very talented at it (apparently it comes naturally because he's a rabbit). Meaning that his reality warping wasn't Toon Physics, it was magic!
"On Whiskers, On Lola, On Cheryl and Meryl" reveals that Brandy’s been on Santa's naughty list ever since she arrived in the rainforest. Brandy herself literally put her foot in it by kicking Whiskers off the roof right in front of Santa.
