Around Roselia chapters 14-17, Yukina receives an offer that would guarantee her entry to Future World Fes at the expense of her band, and her bandmates find out and call her out on it for only thinking for herself. Even without the moral ramifications, think about it: There are almost no additional details explained about this deal, and given that FWF is established as a competitive best-of-the-best type of music event, the band may as well have not only saved Yukina from her selfishness but also what could have possibly been a scam, one where failing to get into FWF as promised by the shady scout would be the least of her worries. And finally, even if the deal legit got her to FWF, if her father — who she's been trying to impress and to inspire to play music once again through her own music — found out that she reached world-class status through some shady dealing rather than her skills, what would he think of her?
Adding to that, what would he even think of his daughter if he saw the way she treated her own bandmates between Roselia's first band story and the Neo-Aspect arc? Let alone her initial highly demanding and cutthroat style of leadership towards her own band?
