The world of Remnant is a place filled with darkness, with creatures of death and destruction around every corner along with other sinister forces hidden away. But watch as four people come together to show that there is still light in this world and be the heroes this world needs.
IFMS: Heroes of Remnant
is a crossover fanfic between My Hero Academia and RWBY by Ninjamon1228.
The story follows Izuku Midoriya as he attends Beacon Academy alongside Jaune Arc, his childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugo, his childhood bully, and many more and their journeys to become great huntsman.
This story is a reboot of RWBY Academia which can be found here. This story is cancelled as of January 14, 2022.
IMFS Heroes of Remnant contains examples of:
- Adaptational Relationship Overhaul: Several.
- Midoriya and Jaune are childhood friends and their families get along. They were also former friends with Katsuki Bakugo before he turned into their bully.
- Weiss and Yang's relationship is similar to that of Ice Queendom in how their thoughts on Ruby creates conflict between them.
- The members of team IFMS (In Faumous) and TEKD (T Ea Kwoo D) all have a closer relationship than they do in their home series.
- The members of Team RWBY, JPNR, IMFS and TEKD
- Eri is adopted into the Midoriya family early on and has a positive relationship with almost everyone thanks to her Cuteness Proximity
- The teachers of U.A. and Beacon all have different business relationships
- Higari Maijima (Snipe), Nemuri Kayama (Midnight) and Masakazu Nishida (Ectoplasm) work together at Katsuki, Izuku, and Jaune's school and were their perspective proctors for their graduation exam. Nemuri in particular claimed Izuku as her favorite student
- Aizawa and Toshinori work at Beacon and know Ozpin on a personal level.
- Adaptational Species Change: Eri is a Gazelle Faunus.
- Adaptational Superpower Change:
- Due to this being the world of Remnant, all the My Hero Academia characters don't have quirks. Instead they have Auras and Semblances similar to their quirks.
- Since Aura is something everyone is born with, Izuku had his powers from birth rather than given to him.
- Continuity Nod: Just like the original RWBY, this story has four trailers representing the main team.
