Fan Fic / Golden Age of the Sith

Go To

Golden Age of the Sith is a Star Wars & Harry Potter crossover written by DarthImperius, taking place circa five thousand years after the Great Hyperspace War.

Golden Age of the Sith provides examples of:

  • Alternate Universe Fic:
    • Earth serves as the home of a remnant of the ancient Sith Empire, who created a hidden community and prospered for thousand of years, hidden from (the majority of) the human population.
    • Lily Potter was born into a Sith clan, having created the Evans family as a false background story during her time at Hogwarts. As such, her children were born not as humans (despite their father being the very human James Potter), but as Red Sith.
    • Advertisement:
    • James Potter and his wife survived the attack on Godric's Hollow, alongside their two children.
  • Ancient Conspiracy: Lily described the Sith Remnant as this, pointing out that they have people in many governments and corporations.
  • Ancient Tomb: The Great Temple of Ragnos was constructed around the Tomb of Narmer, the last Dark Lord of the Sith who ruled over the Sith Remnant on Earth. Until 1994, all who entered in attempts at taking Narmer's relics were killed by the tomb's defences.
  • Asshole Victim: The lowlife which Harry encountered on Knockturn Alley.
  • Bastard Understudy: Harry is this towards Gepta Hord, having acknowledged the fact that one day he will strike at the Sith Overlord and attempt to take the position for himself.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Harry and his maternal family are all Sith Pureblood-Human hybrids. And despite having a purely human father, his physical appearance seems to favour the Sith half.

  • Our Zombies Are Different: One of the protections of the Great Temple of Ragnos is a group of corpses reanimated by Sith magic. Unlike the modern variation of undead, these creatures are semi-intelligent and are capable of speech.
  • The Power of Hate: Being a Sith, it is normal for Harry to rely on this. And one of the Force powers he uses is described as a "spear of infinite hatred".
  • The Remnant: The Sith on Earth are one of the ancient Sith Empire, which was defeated at the end of the Great Hyperspace War.
  • Sorcerous Overlord: The Sith Overlord, ruler of the Remnant is one of these.
