Viridian contains examples of:
- Adaptational Badass: Izuku is very different due to him being from the future and he is best described as a badass.
- Adaptation Personality Change: Since Izuku has been through the end of the world, and is now in the past to fix things, he is very different from canon. He is more sarcastic, sassy and reserved/quiet.
- Affectionate Nickname: Keigo (Hawks) nicknames Izuku ,"Zukkun". Izuku, also, nicknames Hawks,"Keichan".
- Alternate Timeline: When Izuku went back in time, he actually fixes a different timeline and later even goes back (and returns from) the First Run.
- Cops Need the Vigilante: After becoming one of the most elusive vigilantes, the police ended up proposed a deal and they begin to work together.
- Loophole Abuse: Izuku becomes a "vigilante", however, since he is Quirkless, he technically isn't a vigilante. Later on, later he reveals to Tsukauchi and Eraserhead that they cannot arrest him for using his quirk, since he doesn't have one.
- Purposely Overpowered: Due to him being a time traveler, and being a lot older than the rest of his hero-in-training classmates, he is exponentially stronger than them and easily wins the Sports Festival. It is also revealed, by Shoto Todoroki, that he was actually using his non-dominant hand the whole time in order to not kill the other participants.
- Set Right What Once Went Wrong: Izuku and Eraserhead stumble across a time travel project, which leads to Eraserhead sending Izuku back in time to prevent the end of the world.
- Un-Sorcerer: Izuku remains Quirkless in this fic.
- Vigilante Man: Izuku ends up becoming this after being sent back in time.
