- Two shots if you get Silver trophy.
- Three shots if you manage to get Gold trophy.
- Drink an entire bottle whenever you fail an license test. But beware of your liver when doing difficult license tests like the IA-15 license in Nürburgring in Gran Turismo 4 or License S-8 in Cote D Azur in ''Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec.
- Take a shot everytime you enter races with high payouts like the third race of Gran Turismo All Stars in Red Rock Valley in 2, the Deutsche Touring Car Meisterschaft in 4 and the World Touring Car 600 in Tokyo in 7.
- Take a shot whenever you drive any meme car like Pod, Pink Yaris, Yellow Lancer Evo 5, Nike One 2022, etc:.
- Take a shot whenever you drive or see any Initial D car like Takumi's AE86, and Sileighty.
- Take a shot for every Coffee Break.
- Two shots if is the Coffee Break in where you drive a Daihatsu Copen and avoid cones in 4.
- Another two shots if you hit cones.
- Down the bottle if you complete the Copen Coffee Break.
Gran Turismo 2
- Take a shot if you see the Ford GT40 in Historic Car Cup in Rome Circuit
- Down the bottle if you beat the GT40.
- If playing NTSC 1.0, and participate the Trial Mountain 30 Lap Endurance race, if you see the Vector M12 LM Edition take a shot.
- If you manage to beat the Vector M12 LM Edition, down the bottle.
- Also, if playing NTSC 1.0 and enter the SR5 All Night Endurance race, if you see an Xantia, take a sip.
- If you're playing Epic Turismo 2 Game Mod take a sip for every Drip Ka including your own Drip Ka in the second race of Goofy ahh cup in Tahiti Maze.
- Finish the bottle if you lose.
- Down the bottle if you manage to beat the event.
Gran Turismo 3
- Take a shot everytime you win a Pink Vitz
- Take two shots if you win a Pink Vitz in Vitz Race in Professional League.
- Take a sip if you reach 2147483647 km/h/mph
- Take another shot if the game crashes (only applies if you're playing a real PS2)
- Two if the cars you're using with the glitch are the Suzuki Escudo or the Toyota GT-ONE Race Car TS020.
- Take a shot if you see an Corvette C5R in American Car Championship.
Gran Turismo 4
- If you see a Citroën 2CV in World Classic Car Series take a shot.
- Two shots if you manage to lap the 2CV especially if you use an Toyota 7 or Chaparral 2J.
- Another two shots if you see both 2CV and a Cobra 427 SC or Buick Special or both.
- Take a shot every 1 hour during 24-hour endurance races.
- Take a shot whenever you see a concept car like a Cadillac Cien, W12 Nardo or Nuvolari Quattro in Supercar Festival.
- Take a shot if you participate in Guide Run license tests.
- Two shots if you overtake the pace car.
- Take a shot whenever you hear "Oh Yeah" by Yello.
- Take a shot if you receive 5 second penalties during Special Condition Events.
- If playing Randomizer mod in which you can get random prize cars from events, license tests and missions take a sip whenever you get an Disc-One Nuke car very early like winning any LMP car or a F1 car by completing National B license in Bronze or better or Sunday Cup.
- Two shots if you're playing this mod in a real PS2.
Tourist Trophy
- Take a shot if you take part in a Yamaha TZ250 race in the Challenge Mode.
- Two shots if you try to get another color of TZ250.
- Down the bottle if you manage to get all of them.
- Take a shot for every time trial in Challenge Mode.
- Take another shot if you manage to get all bikes from these challenges.
- Take a shot if you manage to obtain all five Special Machines (Suzuka 8 Hours bikes) through races.
- Take a shot for every Special Machine Festival event.
Gran Turismo 5
- Take a shot every 1 hour during 24-hour endurance races.
- Take a shot every time you suspend an endurance race.

- Take a shot whenever you purchase the Honda Fit RS '10 at the start of the game.

- Take a shot whenever you apply liveries that resembles race cars from other Gran Turismo games.
- Two shots if is a non Gran Turismo game.
- Three shots if is an itasha livery.

- Take a shot for every GT Café menu you complete including Bonus Menu Books and Extra Menu Books.
