ILCA is a Japanese video game developer founded by Takuya Iwasaki in 2010. Originally a CG video production company that mainly assisted and worked on short-form animated projects, with their credits including Love Live!, Monster Strike The Animation and Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. By the end of the decade, the studio would work principally on video games as a support studio for titles published by companies such as Square Enix and Bandai Namco, before going on to act as lead developer for a number of projects as well.

ILCA is currently best known for their contributions to the Pokémon franchise, being attached to the brand since 2020 as both a support team and the lead developer for a number of projects, later establishing a joint subsidiary with The Pokémon Company called Pokémon Works in 2024 to help facilitate these endeavors. Similarly, ILCA and Bandai Namco established the subsidiary Bandai Namco Aces in 2022 to develop entries in the Ace Combat series.
