Like Father, Like Daughter is an independent superhero comic created by Kat Calamia and Wayne A. Brown. It was funded through Kickstarter.

All Casey Ryder ever wanted to be was a normal teenager. Unfortunately for her, her estranged dad happens to be Invulnerable, the world's only known superhero, and she's inherited his powers. As she tries to get the hang of her new powers, her father is being targeted by Russian agents seeking to make their own superhero, forcing her to put aside her differences with her dad to save him.

Like Father, Like Daughter contains examples of:

  • Boom, Headshot!: Jessica kills Strong's mother by shooting her in the head.
  • Crossover: The series had a crossover special with Haunting, co-written by Calamia and her close friend Phil Falco, in which Casey is forced to team up with Haunting's Bram and Faith to fight a zombie infestation at her school.
  • Evil Is Petty: In the crossover special, all the zombies were summoned by Carrie Bakshi, because she wanted to kill a rival contestant for the Pumpkin Queen at her high-school's Halloween dance.
  • No Hero to His Valet: Invulnerable is loved by almost everyone, but his ex-wife and daughter have a very dim view of him, because he walked out on them to be a full-time superhero.
  • Non-Action Guy: Wes, Casey's expert on superheroes, has no powers.
  • Power Incontinence: Casey has some growing pains after her powers develop, especially when it comes to controlling her super-strength.
