Hykros

Hykros was formerly a scientific research organization with branches spread throughout Planet Aida, developing Omnium technology for the betterment of all Aidans until the Cataclysm struck. They adapted to the disaster however, creating Suppressors to resist the radioactive fallout and devote their abilities to saving the planet. Of note is a militarized elite regiment working under them known as the Executor Order, individual field agents given the power to bend time called "Phantasia", which the Wanderer also belongs to.
