The Americans/NATO

     General Kirkman
The overall commander of all American and NATO troops stationed on Remnant. General Kirkman was responsible for delivering the final blow to the Global Liberation Army and initiates the American/White Fang conflict.
  • Awesomenessby Analysis: Kirkman is able to deuce why tactics that work on Earth don't work on the White Fang, quickly figuring out what the Americans are doing wrong and that the White Fang is a much smaller force compared to the GLA.
  • Berserk Button:
    • General Kirkman absolutely hates losing fellow soldiers. After a patrol of marines suffered losses by the White Fang, General Kirkman sends a Delta force team to raid one of their main bases in Vale before carpeting and bombing the survivors.
    • Don't try and compare America to terrorists, he doesn't like that as well.
  • The Chainsof Commanding: It's common to see General Kirkman exhausted while he's in command. 2 weeks after he defeats the last major base of the GLA, he learns of the portal to Remnant and is eventually put in command of another war with the White Fang. As of chapter 14, He has to deal with 1) the White Fang/Cinder's faction, 2) Ozpin and his inner circle, 3) politics on Earth, and 4) Doctor Thrax.
  • Combat Pragmatist: despite having a technological (and sometimes a numerical advantage), Kirkman tries to openly challenge the kingdoms of Remnant. He and the Americans play by the strengths they have.
  • Four-Star Badass: He literally is a four-star general. He is also one of the youngest generals is responsible for several operations against the GLA and now the utter destruction of the Vale branch of the White Fang.
  • Good Is Not Soft: General Kirkman is an American General and generally a good person all around. However he is willing to step over the inhabitants of Remnant in the interests of his country. Whether it is carpeting bombing 'aliens' to allowing the use of torture on White Fang members.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: He may be a soldier and an alien from another world but he is willing to deploy American forces to help villages out, along with trying to negotiate partnerships with village leaders for as long.
    Colonel Burton
A Colonel in the United States Army, Burton is the de-facto second in command to Kirkman and runs much of American Special forces operations.
  • Colonel Badass: Colonel Burton is considered this in both the C&C games and in this story. In-Game, he carries what amounts to a portable and fully automatic anti-tank rifle along with a ton of explosives. Here, he deals with a large chunk of Terran special operations and is the second in command to General Kirkman.
  • Composite Character: In-game, he's just the hero unit for the Americans. Here, he is not only good friends with General Kirkman but also his second in Command.
  • Crazy-Prepared: Colonel Burton quite literally carries "an entire arsenal of small arms and bladed weapons" under his uniform. This is justified as the Americans still have little to no experience with aura and are not taking any shortcuts.
     Metal 1
A team of Delta Force Operators, originally from Modern Warfare 3, that partake in operations against the White Fang and GLA
