    The Blind Girl
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_blind_girl_iromonia.png
A blind girl from Mealis who arrives in the city of George Westan by herself after getting lost and separated by her parents. It's revealed to be a lie however when her parents abandoned her.

    Thicket
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/thicket_iromonia.png
A strange automaton who is actually an ex-convict being (in)famous for his organ-legging racket scheme for money across the city. He later becomes the friend of the blind girl.
  • Anti-Hero: Everything about Thicket's past is checkered to the point that he can't even be called a "hero" due to his actions. For starters, he's a criminal who was involved in an organ harvesting scheme before his previous arrest and he's still doing it to this day for profit. Despite that, however, he's dedicated to helping the blind girl around the city going so far in saving her after the shopkeeper and his gang broke inside Randan's shop.
  • Cheshire Cat Grin: He always has a wide smile that comes off as creepy, which befits his nature as a criminal.
  • Every Device Is a Swiss-Army Knife: His fingers contain countless surgical tools (including literal knives) that are used take out the organs of his victim. And the on-screen process is entirely painful as seen when he deals with the criminal in Chapter 3.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: While he's mostly a jerk with an ass of a personality to match, he isn't usually this case when he has genuine fondness over the blind girl.
  • Organ Theft: He does it all the time for the money, which is his day job as an organ harvester.

    Randan
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/randan_iromonia.png
An android doctor who runs an illegal hospital that is not run by the government.

    Unnamed Criminal
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/unnamed_criminal_iromonia.png
A man who attempts to harass the blind girl in the street.
  • Asshole Victim: Absolutely no one likes him to a degree after getting killed by Thicket, whom he only casually tells him that he's a human with his death being well-deserved.
  • Flipping the Bird: While he gibes at Thicket, he also gives him the finger who attempts to kick him and the girl out in his own turf.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: Thicket's murder of him led to his assistant and the shopkeeper attacking Randan's hospital.

    The Assistant
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_assistant_iromonia.png
One of the criminals who wanted vengeance against Thicket and the blind girl for killing his fellow partner.
  • Chekhov's Gunman: When it turns out that he knows Thicket being responsible for the death of his partner earlier.
  • The Dragon: To the Shopkeeper who is the closes there is to his right-hand.

    The Shopkeeper
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_shopkeeper_iromonia.png
A shopkeeper who entered inside Randan's building in order to kidnap the blind girl.
  • Big Bad: At the very least he's the closest to being the story's main antagonist. He's the closest person to be the real threat to the blind girl and Thicket. And especially how he attempted to molest her and even successfully injured her cheek with a knife.
  • Distinguishing Mark: He has a scar that runs from his eye to his mouth.
  • Knight of Cerebus: Despite the story edging to dark themes after Chapter 3, he initiates the Cerebus Syndrome moment when he cuts the girl's cheek with his knife. He's not Played for Laughs at all.
  • White Hair, Black Heart: A bright-haired man who is a ruthless criminal.

    The Blind Girl's Parents
The blind girl's parents whom she initially thought she was separated from them. It turns out that the opposite is instead true: they abandoned her prior to the events of this story.
  • Parental Abandonment: They abandoned their own daughter, in reality, as opposed to the girl's claim of her being separated from them.
