A German driver program and merchandising empire started by Kay Lon in late 2014. Named after a statement by Lon in 2013 who claimed himself to be the best driver in the world. Commonly shortened to BITW. Best In The World runs teams in various sports car and touring car series.Associated tropes:
- Bunny-Ears Lawyer: BITW mostly supports these drivers: amongst others an American rapper, a motivational speaker and a former supermodel all have started a racing career due to Lon's support
- Dark Horse Victory: Portugese amateur race driver Laurindho Coelho became part of Best In The World after beating a number of professional drivers
- Expy: Most Best In The World characters are based on WWE characters and Stock Japanese Characters
- Misfit Mobilization Moment: The Auto Rejects Nations Championship, an International Showdown by Proxy, was taken over by Best In The World-supported drivers, having most drivers in the series.
- Morality Pet: Somalian driver
Zaituni Dileita and Chinese driver Du Lei are this for Kay Lon. - Multinational Team: Even by the standards of modern sports teams, Best In The World has a very international crew under contract.
- Informed Ability: For a squad named "Best In The World", they only have a few very successful drivers.
- Smug Snake: Beginning from the founder Kay Lon himself going down the bottom of the organisation. Motivational speaker Sandra Yoo and Alberto Cara avert this.
- Team Prima Donna: Tomo Kazama, a Stalker with a Crush, is the prime example of this.
- The Smart Guy: Koyomi Setou, the Intellectual Savior Of Motorsport, obviously aspires to be this.
