Atasha
The artificial intelligence counterpart of Atasha Muhlach, a host of E.A.T., and sister of Ellen.
- Robot Me: Not really a robot, but sometimes, Atasha is portrayed as an AI character instead of a real-life host.
Ellen
The main artificial intelligence character of Gimme 5. Ellen provides the rules for playing Gimme 5, such as the rounds and cash prizes.
- Character Catchphrase: "Laban. Laban lang!"
- Robo Romance: Ellen has Brad as his boyfriend.
- Visual Development: Ellen originally had multiple appearance throughout early episodes of Gimme 5, although by August 2023, her appearance has been standardized.
Lola Belen
The grandmother of Ellen, on her paternal side.
- Character Catchphrase: "Sukol! Sukol!"
- Mythology Gag: Lola Belen is based on Lola Nidora, which is a character in the Kalyeserye segment of Eat Bulaga!. Both of those characters are based on Wally Bayola. This is made more obvious when Lola Belen comes to the E.A.T. set, as Bayola in her costume.

- Artificial Human: AI characters behave like they are part of the real world, even going as far as planning to visit the E.A.T. set.
- Artificial Intelligence: Besides the E.A.T. hosts, there are also artificial intelligence characters as part of Gimme 5, which distinguish the segment from its predecessor, Pinoy Henyo.
- Robo Family: While they are not technically robots, the characters are part of the "AI Family".
