The Spunkygal Family

Billy Chris Spunkygal

The main character of the series. He wears red hat, red t-shirt, blue pants and red shoes.

• Kiddie Kid: To a degree and much to the annoyance of the adults around him. Is apparently, according to one episode, "obsessed with the alphabet" and the conflict in some episodes stems from him wanting to have or do something that others see him as being too old for.
• Villain Protagonist: The antagonist and troublemaker of the family.
• You Are Grounded!: He always gets grounded in every episode.

Molly

Billy's sister and the good kid of the family. She has red hair, a burgundy hair clip, a burgundy dress, and dark grey shoes.

• Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: She is more responsible than his brother and she always behaves well.

Olivia

The youngest kid of the family. She has brown hair, a purple shirt, green pants, and pink shoes.

Ladonna Spunkygal

The mother of the three children. She has blonde hair, a flower on the head, a red necklace, a grey t-shirt with a lightning symbol on it, blue pants, and red boots.

• Abusive Parents: Billy's a jerk, but his parents aren't exactly paragons of virtue either. From pouring bleach on Billy to forcing him to go to school when he's sick to kicking him over a waterfall, Ladonna's ideas on parenting are quite disturbing.

Robin Spunkygal

The father of the family. He has a red top and blue pants.

• Abusive Parents: Like Ladonna, he's also not exactly a great parent.

Grandma

The family's grandmother. She has grey hair, a fuchsia top, blue pants, and red shoes.

• Butt-Monkey: She did things Billy can't do. For example in the episode "Billy misbehaves while Billy's Grandma babysits him" she let him eat food he is allergic to.

Billy's School

Ms. Derrick

Billy's teacher. She he is brown with horns and a teal dress with an apple on it.

Punky

One of Billy's classmates. She is black, with a purple hairband, a pink shirt with a lilac star, a lilac skirt, and lilac shoes.

• Nice Girl: She is a nice girl, even if she fought with Billy at school and got detention.

Judy

Another one of Billy's classmates. She has a messy ponytail with bangs, green glasses with a pink scrunchie, a green shirt, pink pants, and pink and black shoes.

Sawyer

Another one of Billy's classmates. He is an African-American boy. He has a coontail cap, a blue camp outfit, and black shoes.

• Pooping Food: In the episode "Billy's "chocolate pudding" stand" he sells poop as chocolate. Sawyer eats it and pukes.
