- A bus driver tries to attack the police barrier with his bus, almost killing Ga-on and a little girl in the process. So Yo-han gets a gun and shoots at the driver, causing the bus to overturn and saving Ga-on and the girl.
- Yo-han tricks Dr. Yu into incriminating himself by telling him to have a glass of water. Dr. Yu takes the water, then does a Spit Take when Yo-han asks if it's the same water that's part of the evidence — and which the doctor had just said is safe to drink. The audience immediately begins to wonder why the doctor is so alarmed at the thought of drinking supposedly-safe water.
- Yo-han arrives just at the right time to stop Ga-on from killing himself and Professor Min after being presumed dead.
