Taking the advantage of New Game Plus, Yu first battle has Izanagi using high level skills such as Maziodyne and Myriad Arrows. Those Shadows don't stand a chance against him.

Episode 5 - Let's go get it! Get Pumped
Kou and Daisuke helping out their classmates by letting the former disguise himself as Rise while the latter blinds the Risette fans with a fire extinguisher.
The concert in Junes, now with Marie as lead guitarist, especially with her being able to play Aria of the Soul.
Episode Seven: "It's cliché, so what?"
Yu calls upon the Ultimate Persona of each Arcana representing his friends in the Investigation Team (Mada, Futsunushi, Scathach, Odin, Ishtar, Norn and Helel) as well as Dojima and Nanako (Kohryu and Sraosha) in the battle against Adachi and Magatsu-Izanagi, before going back to Izanagi. Then he gives him a beatdown using his own fists, defeating him. After Adachi gets possessed by Ameno-Sagiri, Yu maxes out the newly changed Hunger Arcana right then and there, calling upon Magatsu-Izanagi to finish it in one attack.
Heck, on Adachi's side, the fact that he is able to keep up with all of the Ultimate Personas, and only getting a tie against Izanagi is pretty awesome.
Episode Eleven: "Let it OUT! Let it GO!"
Every one evolving their Personas to their second Ultimate Personas against Kusumi-no-Okami is really awesome, especially when they manage to knock her sky high. Yu in particular stands top of Izanagi's shoulder with a Badass Armfold as he turns Izanagi to Izanagi-no-Okami.
Where it might be a small one, the fact that Yu uses a weapon during the episode is pretty awesome by itself, considering that both Persona 4 animes has the main cast not using any weapons at all.
Episode Twelve: "Welcome Home"
After Izanagi-no-Okami's Myriad Truth fail to defeat Izanami, Marie comes to Yu's aid, granting him the ultimate Persona of the Aeon Arcana, Kaguya to defeat her counter part.
