• Chapter 3 - Initiation
  • Izuku's need to catch up to Katsuki after being launched off the cliffs for initiation leads to him kicking off the air for propulsion, inspired by the memory of All Might doing the same during their Final Exam.
  • After Katsuki blasts him out of the sky, Izuku is immediately ambushed by a pack of Beowolves. Despite having just taken a tumble through the trees, being unnerved by his first face-to-face encounter with Grimm, and not having perfected his aura control yet, Izuku handily defeats three of the monsters. And the only reason he doesn't take care of the fourth is because Ruby nonchalantly kills it when she arrives to see if he was alright from the fall, a moment for her.
  • Katsuki deducing how the chess pieces factor into the team selection and using the knowledge to make sure he's on the same team as Pyrrha, unknowingly messing with Izuku's plans to get on the same team as him.
  • Pyrrha proving that her reputation is well-earned by using her shield, guided by her semblance, to knock aside a barrage of feathers from the Giant Nevermore.
  • The newly minted Teams RIBW and AYBN's respective takedowns of the Giant Nevermore and Deathstalker.
• Chapter 6 - Secrets in the Dark
  • Izuku, Katsuki, and Jaune all individually use Awesome by Analysis to figure out what Pyrrha's semblance is, with Katsuki doing it in the middle of a sparring match with her.
• Chapter 7 - Izuku vs. Katsuki Bell
  • Izuku and Katsuki's duel takes cues from both of their previous fights in MHA and it is just as awesome as them, with both boys growing over the course of the battle.
  • To combat Izuku's early dominance of the fight due to knowing Katsuki's fighting style so well, Katsuki creates an opening by finally using his Remnant self's grenades and starts remembering his Earth self's special moves to push Izuku into a corner.
  • To counter this, Izuku finally masters his aura control, using the added boost to his physical abilities to strike back.
  • The fight eventually ends in a draw when they both knock each other's aura into the red. Which results in an Awesome Moment for Pyrrha when she jumps in and uses her Polarity on the boys' gear to avert another clash when neither of them realizes their auras have gotten so low.
• Chapter 10 - The Beasts Awaken
  • Pyrrha reveals that she's already figured out the basics of Yang's semblance after seeing it used once during Initiation, deducing the rest of the details from a conversation she was having with her teammate. Yang is so shocked by the champion's Awesome by Analysis, directly comparing her to Izuku and Katsuki's battlefield deduction skills, and is the nail in the coffin of Yang realizing she wouldn't be able to take Pyrrha in a straight fight.
  • The Hound ambushing Izuku and Ruby in Forever Fall and inflicting a brutal No-Holds-Barred Beatdown on the former, capping it off by chucking Izuku into a White Fang explosive trap and knocking him unconscious. The transforming Grimm then makes off with Izuku and Ruby, Blake, and Weiss desperately scrambling to get their teammate back.
